Pros: We bought eBizzers Desk andwe are very very happy to use this Hosted Trouble Tickets software because is really easy to use and very useful to collect customers conversations. We can give technical support to all our users and manage projects without problems with al our customers withoute loose data, file and conversantions.
Cons: Great feature of eBizzers Desk is you can try it for 30 days. You can add unlimited posts and projects, and you can open unlimited departments and staffs.
Overall: You have Admin panel, Customers panel and support staff panel. Very great service for all kind of companies.
