The program fits our needs perfectly. The ease of use and the amount of time for the updates are out of this world. Pros I loved how user friendly the site was to navigate and complete the items we needed to complete. It is actually exactly what we need. Cons I honestly would not suggest many changes with the program. The only suggestion for change I have would be to provide most of the options on the main page. Scheduling interviews is a breeze and submitting requests is a snap. Cons Since I'm not an admin, I don't have access to certain things but it gives me the appearance i do, then it errors out. I'm not sure if it's a settings thing or a software thing. For example, when looking at current candidates that's for recruiter eyes only, I can see the list but when i click, it errors.
