It allowed us to place a link at the end of the survey that took the respondents to a form they could claim their gift from us for taking the time to answer our survey. We needed customer service a few time throughout the process and they were just amazing with answering all of our questions in an excellent timely manner. A plus for this company - it's Canadian! Customer service was outstanding and personal, which added to the ease of developing the specifics of what we needed. Pros I found the format very helpful to work with- it allowed for multiple complex questions and allowences and added unspecified comments. Information was then easily collated for presentation. Cons We were the first to request this type of complicated format and we went through some teething pain before we got it right.
