The tool has a lot of depth and could feel overwhelming at first. They met what we needed from a Requirements Management standpoint, and being native to DevOps was a critical win for us. Pros Easily, their product support. For the specific use that we had, (that we were onboarding Azure DevOps), I don't think there is another native software available. Its also easy to manage requirements between team members, and setting up workflows. Cons Nothing in particular. We've tested out various cases within the system, and the product team has always been helpful with helping us get to our specific requirements. That is why I like the tool very much. Cons The quality of the tool is not as good as it should be. We regularly experience technical issues in individual browsers. That's why every user has three different browsers on his PC. Another issue is editing of text. It is sometimes really difficult to format text the way you want or to fix formatting errors. Drag & drop of text from other applications sometimes also has disastrous effects. That's why I (and all my colleagues) are annoyed with the tool.
