Cons Without proper training you cannot locate the information you are searching for. A waste of time. I have done a lot of searches only to keep coming up with search found nothing. Increased efficiency in many ways: Reduced cost, reduced work time, reduced wait time. Pros Customer support is great. The cloud hosted SaaS works very well for us - a small IT shop in a rural higher education institution. I have had a programming issue SINCE November 2018 that is still not resolved. I have been unable to upload my invoices (due to an issue on their end), and have not gotten paid since November. Emails, voicemails all go unanswered. When I do actually speak to a live person (I'm calling you out the support team), I get false promises that they will 'get right on my issue and have it resolved by the end of the business day'. Now NOBODY is returning my calls or voicemails! Their 'support specialists' are truly deplorable, and this is no way to run a business! Pros I don't like anything about this software. Cons Where do I start??? Uploading individual invoices was cumbersome. Decided to upload by monthly batch. Been a nightmare since, due to an issue with programming (on their end), and absolutely no help (or response) from their "support specialists"... March 29, 2018 5.0 We're able to take paper heavy processes and make them electronic. It's a huge efficiency boost and helps make our process more scalable. Pros It can easily accommodate our complex workflows including integration with our CRM. We'll be able to use this product throughout all areas of our organization. Cons This isn't really a con, but something to be aware of with any robust software. Since the system can handle complex and varied workflows, it takes time to configure and thoroughly test, but Docuphase is there to help every step of the way. Very end-user friendly. I have never had a problem with receiving payment on time using this software. Cons The space to enter the data items could be a little bit bigger. Everyone is used that at home and they want the same thing at work. We have done Phase One and will be rolling it out to the rest of the company. Other departments are seeing the advantages and want to participate. It is a seamless environment. I would buy Treeno again. Pros With the other products we reviewed the technology seemed overwhelming. Treeno was different. It is easy to understand and use. Treeno is saving our accounting department hours of time that we used to spend searching for documents. Treeno workflow has cut our invoice approval process time in half. We have significantly reduced the numbers of copies printed. Treeno's professional services and customer support has been excellent. And what's very impressive is the fact that Frevvo encourages its users to get educated on the software to the point that they can self-develop and maintain applications. Training opportunities are readily available. Cons The Admin control icons could be more descriptive. The menu interfaces within the software could also be more user friendly and intuitive. Allows the vendors to automatically submit their invoices. Saved us on time and postage mailing/process invoices manually. Pros I like the process saves from filing invoice and filing space. Allows the plants to follow their invoices through the process. Allows the vendors to submit their own (better quality) invoices for quicker and smoother processing. Cons The search and web base experience is cumbersome and sometimes difficult to work with. We are not able to see who is currently working on the invoice and whose queue in the invoice is in currently. We can look at some things in the invoices . April 2, 2018 4.0 Speedier processing of AP invoices Pros Everything is electronic with audit trails. Long term document storage is electronic. Eliminated the need for physically mailing and storing paper documents. Cons Implementation took longer than expected. Once live, we ended up with a solid solution to our business need. She went out of her way night and day to make sure we met our deadline. She has wonderful suggestions and made it a truly collaborative process.
