### "Very Outdated System"

Pros

The system, while outdated, is simple enough to be self-taught.

Cons

Changes to account information do not save, ie. name/email/user/password. This results in outdated names to reflect on invoices.

Pros

The workflow system of the forms. The interaction with external spreadsheets, although I wish it wasn't Google Sheets.

Cons

The workflow manual set up could be more intuitive. Error checking of why forms won't submit needs to be greatly improved. The current generic message is not helpful at all More control of how and when a business rule runs so that forms are not slowed down by them
