With its functionality and ease of use we are always looking for ways to utilize it in order to increase our company's productivity. This product has increased our overall productivity since we started using it and having it integrate with our line of business software. Before in order to find documents we had to close our line of business software and go to another document management software now with one click of a button we can access all the documents we need! As with all document management solutions you are considering for your business, be ready to work through design hicups. The most important feature you will need is customer support in helping get through those design challenges. MaxxVault blows the competition out of the water in customer support!!! We are now capturing several document workflows coming into our organization via fax and portal submissions. All documents are now searchable using MaxxVault giving our Customer Service agents easy access when answering client questions on the phone. Our MaxxVault support relationship has been excellent.
