"A Reliable and Efficient Document Management Solution"

**Overall:** It’s a solid document management solution, especially for small to mid-sized businesses that need a straightforward way to organize, scan, and retrieve files.

**Pros:** The ability to scan, organize, and retrieve documents quickly made it ideal for managing a paperless office.

**Cons:** Its interface feels a bit dated compared to more modern document management tools, which can affect the user experience for new users.

"Terrible Customer Service"

**Overall:** My overall experience with FileCenter is not a good one. They make it seem, in their ads, that they are a very customer service oriented company and that could not be farther from the truth. They do not stand behind the customer service claims that they make online and in their ads. Do not buy this product!

**Pros:** When you first get it it is fairly easy to use.

**Cons:** I upgraded my subscription and when I did that I lost 90% of the files that I had used for years in a previous version. When I emailed support to get help on recovering lost files the response was first pay $100 then someone from technical support would help me.
