It is a great software for converting the files. Pros The most thing I like about this software is how easy it is to use for different users. I am a college student and I've been using this since I started school for merging and converting my files to pdf! It is quick and easy to use. Scanning of insurance documents simplified by way of integrating barcode 2. Almost 50,000 dollars in printing and stationery costs as we don't print any file copy 3. Performance in viewing the scanning documents 4. User-friendly interface for searching the files 5. Ease of maintenance in backing up the entire product Pros We have seen many DMS products and this one suited our requirements. They had provided us with an excellent solution using the barcode to scan our insurance policies and claim files. We are completely satisfied with the product.
