It was very easy to utilize and not too difficult to install. When reaching out to support there was always a quick response.

Pros

As an Administrator changing user profiles worked well. The faxing system was also rather fluid and did not need much management.

Cons

There was no way to bulk change or add employees as an administrator. Each one needed to be individually added or changed.

I work in the IT support department and do not have formal training on this software, but supporting it has been a breeze and the support team we have have been responsive and attentive to our needs. I can always count on their team when we get stumped.

Pros

Active development, responsive to client needs, works as intended and from the IT side, easy to maintain, especially now in the cloud.

Cons

The only mildly negative experience I've had with WorldView was the manual configuration of text files during the transition into the cloud environment, and even that was mild and well supported by the technical team on their side. It was scriptable and easy to resolve, especially with their help.

overall it does the job I need it to do. I do wish that the webclient works as described so we can use it for offsite needs.

Pros

easily process faxed coming in and out. tracking invoices makes things easier. I like the writing sticky notes on the faxes to easily communicate in the office.

Cons

constant issues using the web client. Talk to support and they are usually confused too, and it takes a long time to get a resolution.

Once users were trained, it was a positive experience! I don't recall any particular issues that were rampant, and overall it was a great program to use!

Pros

Did exactly what it needed to. Was very easy to administrate for IT, and did not have super crazy issues that WV support couldn't assist with quickly.

Cons

UI was not very user friendly, faxes sometimes were slow, (not WV's fault) and was sometimes buggy, albeit with simple fixes from WV suppport.

Worldview has made my ability to multitask my daily correspondences, creating a more efficient workflow

Pros

I use Worldview on a daily basis all day long, the ease of navigating the program is great! I especially like when i can go back and retrieve any documents i have either misplaced or lost in the deleted file

Cons

The only con that i can think of is when I have loss of connection and can not obtain my documents. But their ability to provide a remote link to access is a great work around

E-faxing is definitely better for environment and requires less time "processing" received faxes. However this "ease" comes with daily reviews/corrections by assign office employee who must be trained to work with WV faxes.

Pros

Orders, POCs with assigned # do get index automatically into HCHB system. WorldView system allows us to find signed orders from the past (in case if smtg is missing/being deleted by mistake). Great that outbound faxes are going out without human handling.

Cons

System weekly misplaces order numbers that include 3,6,8,9 and incorrectly indexes signed documents under wrong patients. On few occasions, orders that came in on the weekend didn't show up in patient's charts. Indexing process takes longer than we'd like it to be (10-15min). Doctors complain that orders were signed/sent to us, yet we haven't received those.

Overall experience has been pretty good. I was reluctant to see how paperless invoicing was going to work, but now I appreciate it greatly. It has greatly reduced the amount of paper we use and save. The help we get from \[sensitive content hidden\] is very good and much appreciated.

Pros

I love being able to see the invoice paperwork at the click of a few buttons. Saves a lot of time. Also, I like the shortcuts that make putting invoices into OnBase easier and faster.

Cons

I do not like that the notes put in OnBase do not transfer over to Agility. Also, sometimes it is hard to figure out why an invoice does not export. Especially when the default error message always starts with "Duplicate invoice", even when it isn't a duplicate invoice.

Pros

It's user friendly. Has made my job more efficient. I like that it's stable and doesn't have glitches or software problems that interrupt what I am doing or need to do.

Cons

When I do document separation, I can't retrieve the document I may have deleted.

Worldview has always had our back and tried to make our experiences better and improving processes and listening to our needs. I am a "front line" office worker in the healthcare industry for a very busy home health office, meaning I work the records, orders, referrals and labs or anything coming through and I can truly say it made things much easier and allowed us to focus on more important things like patient care and referral sources. They are always looking for ways to improve our experience.

Pros

It made my job in Medical Records so much easier. Before I was uploading and saving thousands of pieces a paper one at a time from week to week on my computer and updating charts and orders and it was very time consuming. With Worldview, I no longer had to make paper charts. Orders could directly be sent to attachments and checked in. Important information for our clinicians now made it to patient charts timelier. Worldview changed my life professionally and I was able to do so much more with the time I had. It eventually cut down the need for paper to barely anything. Being able to send a document to a patients chart straight from a fax is fantastic! And Worldview just kept adding things that made our lives easier so printing was no longer our only option. Document Separation feature and being able in Import documents also changed our lives! It has let us to be more efficient in our job performance and duties.

Cons

Sometimes with bigger documents it freezes when creating Referrals.

Easy, confident, and trustworthy. Pricing is good for the overall service and the storage is exactly what we need. We have been a client for many years.

Pros

Allows BPI to bring all documents into one place and easy access. Using the ICAP product has brought so much efficiency to the Accounts Payable department.

Cons

The translation from our business to their understanding can be difficult but that is with any software provider; however, we have an outstanding account manager who we can count on to interpret as needed.

The basic ability of World view is great. More detail is difficult to locate on how to do things isn't as easy.

Pros

I like the easiness of processing the batches and the look up in Agility.

Cons

I wish we could index in multiple locations at the same time. For invoices there is also information for PO's and receiving. If the capability is there, it is difficult to research how to do it.

worldview has been great on my end sorting different invoices with issues. worldview is a very organized program and i have learned so much from worldview

i like that worldview has different folders for exceptions/opens/directs and they can be set up in different ways if needed

Cons

that directs, multiple invoices per po/ and supplier returns are not removed through over night processing in addition would like a chat function to ask questions from time to time for questions or how to pull various report

Overall, we enjoy working with Worldview and all of their team. Our Account Manager \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is amazing! She provides frequent communication and ensures our questions, requests and concerns are taken care of.

Pros

We use Worldview on a daily basis. We are able to get through our faxes more efficiently, which saves employees valuable time. We can fax directly from WV, mark orders as signed, start a referral and much much more using Worldview. The integration was easy and most importantly worldview worked with us to tailor to our needs.

Cons

Worldview is pretty easy to navigate through. Improvement needed would be with the reporting/dashboards.

WV has allowed us an efficient way to index faxed and scanned documents into our EMR and saves us some manual steps.

Pros

Setup and use of the product is easy. It give us an efficient way to attach documents into our EMR. Customer Support is very responsive.

Cons

Sometimes the OCR doesn't read correctly and that creates manual steps to index documents from the error queues.

Reasons for choosing WorldView

WV was the preferred vendor with Homecare Homebase at the time.

We have virtually eliminated all paper in our service offices. Documents can be scanned/sent to Worldview directly and provides us the ability to attach into our EMR very quickly. We can centralize the role of attachment processing -- ensuring high quality attachments that meet our compliance standards. We eliminated portions of FTEs from across the organization realizing budget savings, not to mention that fewer documents are misplaced, documents are filed timely, and less physical file space is required in our locations.

Pros

Worldview's software has been flexible enough to meet our growing volume and our evolving needs. We feel that Worldview's management team has been a partner in our needs and listens to our concerns about new product offerings. In particular, Worldview solved a compliance concern that our EMR didn't want to address. Worldview has allowed us the flexibility to adapt items to our changing organizational structure without any hiccups. Worldview's customer service has been excellent compared to other vendors we have worked with. Worldview apologizes if an issue takes longer than a few hours to resolve and keeps us informed along the way.

Cons

The functionality works but not necessarily in an elegant-looking solution; this can turn off newer users.
