360 tool with great features and flexibility

Pros: The viaPeople 360 tool is ideal for implementing 360 to our large population of managers. The tool offers a great deal of flexibility and our project management team has helped to devise creative solutions to some of our unique challenges. The user experience with the process has also been very positive. Raters love the accuracy enhancer feature as well as the ability to compare ratings side-by-side.

Cons: Sometimes our large cycles (2000+) and numerous customizations can have some unforeseen challenges. Generally the viaPeople project team is quick at coming up with solutions to address these unexpected issues. Although the user interface is generally easy to use, there is the opportunity to update the interface to have a more modern look and feel. Similarly, the reports have a number of display options that are clear, but the design could be improved to display results in a more aesthetic and modern way.

Overall: Overall, we re very pleased with both the 360 offerings of the tool as well as the high level of support that we receive from the project team.

Pros: Easy to administer feedback survey; Ability to customize for specific client needs; Wonderful support from survey admins; Feedback presented in an easy to use fashion; Links to corporate directory to easily identify eaters

Cons: More expensive than other companies to create new survey and customize for each area of the company as needed; Inability to limit the number of times someone is asked to serve as a rater (provide the feedback)

Overall: Establish template for organizations to use and customize to meet changing needs without having to set up a brand new survey each time; Reduce costs for per person administration; Sustain customer service model as it is always extremely helpful to be able to pick up the phone for any needed support!
