Pros: Paytronix has great customer service with constant support from a dedicated Technical Consultant. They spend a lot of time understanding their clients' needs through an annual summit, personal phone calls, beta tests, and inviting input on future design or upgrade ideas. They are a true partner in finding campaigns and solutions that work for your company.

Cons: The email messaging system is less robust than dedicated ESPs and less reporting that I'd like from someone holding my entire email database. They are continually working on their email design abilities but still fall behind competitors in the email space.

Overall: Paytronix has a growth mentality and I appreciate how much they involve their customers in building out features. If you want to run complicated segmenting and even use predictive analysis, they have great tools. The support from a dedicated technical consultant is a huge value and the service sets them apart from other software providers. Highly recommend their annual user summit where clients share success stories and they involve their clients in the roadmap ahead.
