Pros The system was easy to navigate as an administrator and also for the caregivers who needed to enter EVV data. Cons There was nothing I didn't like about the system; it met all expectations and state requirements, and allowed us to successfully pass an EVV survey. The helpdesk is amazing as well...everytime we contact them for help with something...they resolve our issues & address any concerns we may have. I would highly recommend this software system to all homecare agencies.
