The helpdesk is amazing as well...everytime we contact them for help with something...they resolve our issues & address any concerns we may have. I would highly recommend this software system to all homecare agencies. **Cons:** The only con I would say is that the software does not have an app for mobile EVV when caregivers are servicing clients...other than that I have nothing else Vendor Response By Neurosoftware on February 2, 2026 Thank you for your review!
