Pros very easy to use. For me It is used to schedule nurses assignments in the field. They can check for themselves to get their assignments. I don 't have to call or email to give assignments. The program is very easy, nothing complicated a Cons Very hard to say but sometimes when I want to keep it longer will doing other things, it logs off and I have to start from the beginning.
