This is one thing that always moves me to rate a service or product high. The people here are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, thanks! Pros If you have never used recruiting software before, Hiring Thing offers a product that is simple and easy to follow. Cons Time and other start up kinks prevented me from using all of the features available to me. That is the most important thing to me in an ATS at this point. Cons Search functionality is limited/non-existent. Pros This is affordable solution for smaller businesses or businesses that don't do a ton of hiring. Its pretty user friendly and allows for unlimited users. Cons If you pay for the basic service (post 5 or less jobs a month) it lacks key features that are really important and standard in other systems such as message templates. To have all the candidate's information at my fingertips saves me time. I also have not lost a candidate file since I began using Hiring Thing.
