Pros: This software captures employee benefits elections electronically and has the ability to submit enrollments to carriers via feeds which eliminates the need for paper based enrollments. It creates substantial efficiencies in the enrollment process. It was "free" the first several years we used it.

Cons: The feel of the software is a little "homegrown" and limited in the ability to customize. It comes across to users as a little clunky. It is extremely important to audit this system as items seem to "error out" if outside of the annual enrollment window (for qualifying events). Reporting from the system is limited. I understand the user experience is changing this year and the software will be branded with carrier colors and better functionality.

Overall: It created efficiencies in our enrollment process and eliminated the majority of paper in the enrollment process.
