The help site is very good and I was able to answer a lot of my questions on my own. This was refreshing that I could research and move forward don my own. Being able to auto fill the from the DataSource decreases the time it take to fill out the form. **Cons:** It can be frustrating to delete a field if you have the Add New Field section open as you're building but need to drop down to the Template Field to delete permanently. It can get confusing. **Reasons for Switching to GoFormz:** They went out of business - This turned out to be a good thing because GoFormz offers a lot more than Formotus did. Staff had been very helpful with walking me through the process. **Pros:** Being able to upload my documents and customize them. **Cons:** Least favorite is editing form and it generates a new public form which have I then have to remind myself to forward new link and unfortunately I may miss people with the new link.
