Pros

My perspective on Goformz was a highlighted game changer, enjoying a paperless environment. I think the high level of customization of creating forms using Goformz changed my workflow, delays, and how to distribute forms. I love how Goformz integrates with third-party tools such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

Cons

It would be awesome to see more upgrades dealing with the offline functionality part of Goformz.

### "Maximizing Efficiency with GoFormz"

The software has proven to be a useful tool for streamlining our field data collection procedures. Our fieldwork is much more efficient now that we can quickly create custom forms and automate data collection, and it has also saved us a lot of time. Furthermore, the software's integration with other tools like Box and Google Drive has made it simple for us to store and access the data we've gathered.The software can occasionally be quite slow, and the user interface can be awkward and challenging to use, on the other hand. Because of this, users have not had the best experience, and my team members are frustrated. Additionally, there has been poor customer service, with long wait times and scant assistance offered.Despite these drawbacks, I've come to believe that GoFormz is a strong tool that can help businesses with requirements similar to ours immensely. I do think the software has room for improvement, and I think the developer should concentrate on enhancing the software's functionality and user experience.

Pros

The simplicity of use and ability to quickly and easily create custom forms is one of the biggest advantages I've noticed. Designing forms that are tailored to my company's unique requirements is easy thanks to the platform's drag-and-drop interface.The efficiency of our field operations has increased thanks to the ability to collect data in real-time. Our team has found it to be simpler to stay connected and up to date wherever they are working thanks to the forms' simple accessibility from any device.Integration with other programs and platforms, such as Google Drive, Box, and Microsoft OneDrive, is another benefit of using GoFormz. This has made it simple for us to collaborate in real-time with our team and transfer data. The platform also offers a large selection of templates that can be altered to meet the particular needs of our company.

Cons

I was unable to create forms that suited our particular requirements, so the biggest problem is the limited customization options for forms. Additionally, the software occasionally runs slowly, which slows down our workflows. Finally, I've had some issues with the software's security features because I believe our data is not being protected to its fullest potential.It has been a useful tool for our team overall, but I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of customization and security.

### "Automation at its best!"

I can imagine using another forms software platform. I wish I could use it more than I already do. Support and my account manager have been fantastic and are always very helpful. Example I was working with support on what we identified as a bug. The support technician said he would followup with me when the bug was corrected in the next release. When the release came out a few weeks to a month later the support technician emailed me like he said he would. My account manager is always willing to take feedback, back to the engineers. He is very knowledgeable. Great software and a great group of people working at a great company.

Pros

The automation features of GoFormz have streamlined our processes. No more entering in data in multiple locations. Now customers can submit public forms that generate emails and update data sources. When technicians complete projects our customers get immediate emails and project management is alerted when a job is incomplete so they can take action. Their support team is great and very helpful and prompt.

Cons

Currently I cannot attach a pdf to a form, so when asking for TAX ID documents in one of our public forms we have to ask our customers to email separately. I know this is a feature coming. There is not a true offline feature. While forms live on your mobile device it is possible that your login period could expire and then you won’t be able to access it until your device can re-authenticate with the GoFormz servers. I have only been caught in this situation once or twice. It would be nice if there was a true desktop version outside of an online software kind of like quickbooks vs quickbooks online.

### "Simplify Paperwork from the Field to Office"

GoFormz has saved us in shipping costs from our field crews since we now receive our forms the minute they are completed in the field instead of waiting for paperwork to come in the mail. Billing can now be continuous instead of weekly. The support team is fantastic and has always been available to help. So glad we chose GoFormz over some of the other mobile platforms we were looking at. GoFormz is a very polished app with a great web interface for office personnel to complete their jobs on time or ahead of schedule.

Pros

1) Coming from paper, we did not have to rebuild forms, just import your paper form, make your fields, and deploy to the field. 2) Automation and populated database fields make mistakes a thing of the past. 3) If you have an issue, their support is fantastic. We ended up needing some pretty complex formulas for calculation and after a few trial and errors with their support, we had the calculations running. 4) Our work sometimes takes us out of cell phone coverage. With GoFormz's ability to download the form background, crews can continue to fill out paperwork as needed instead of when they get back in network coverage. When they get back in coverage area, open GoFormz and sync your data. 5) If a calculation can be done in Excel, more than likely GoFormz can do the same calculation. 6) The ability to start a form and transfer to another user for them to finish. 7) Having forms synced on the web for office personnel to complete their jobs as long as mobile app has cell phone coverage. 8) Our Account Manager is always there to help!

Cons

Sometimes the app logs itself out and unless the user knows to log back in instead of quit, they will lose any unsynced forms. We had to find that out the hard way.

### "Product Support is the BEST!"

I stopped using GoFormz to try out reports in a really inexpensive EHS software. After struggling with the inefficiency for a year, I switched back to GoFormz. The EHS team breathed a sigh of relief and stated that Goformz was so much easier and faster. It is worth every dollar to save time and frustration.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is a great resource to set me up for success. I am not the most tech savvy person, but he offered clear solutions with great follow-up to make sure I understood everything. Tech support was fast and responsive while I learned to navigate the system. Now that I am a couple of years in, they still respond immediately when I create a glitch.

Cons

Form setup was not very quick, due to my learning curve. I don't think I would have succeeded without the tech support.

Pros

Our business needed a form solution for our users to complete a form quick and integrate with our CRM so we eliminate the double data entry. GoFormz helped us with that.

Cons

Reporting metrics not available, SSO is an additional cost, integrations can be wonky if the phone isn't updated, would like to see UIUX capability where you can highlight fields in the mobile/ list view that are required.

Since 2019, we have been using GoFormz, and we continue to utilize it because of its exceptional quality. The support team is highly responsive and prompt in addressing our queries, and our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been an excellent collaborator, catering to our requirements as we expand.

Pros

The implementation of GoFormz has entirely replaced our conventional method of handling credit card receipts and purchase orders on paper, which has resolved problems associated with lost documents and delays. GoFormz captures all the necessary supporting documents and photos accurately. The platform is user-friendly and can be customized to meet our specific needs.

Cons

Goformz has few limitations, and what there is that they are working to improve all the time.

The ease in which our existing forms can be imported and the input fields added. There are many options around the logic that can be applied to fields as and when required. The forms are very responsive in the Mobile application and the technical/customer support is exceptional.

GoFormz team were very responsive, our sales rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] ensure to stay connected after we signed our contract, while working with the integration team \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] he joined every meeting to ensure we were looked after, once the project was completed we had a project completion review to ensure it was working as intended. Then we were ended over to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]

Pros

That it integrated with our Project Management software, and information sync's both ways.

Cons

Can't upload pictures. The custom form doesn't size well on a smartphone making it hard to read.

### "GoFormz from OFS"

This is an App which combined with my own research and training removes my company to pay a fortune to H&S companies for consulting etc. It really does allow my staff to actually participate in their H&S on a job and helps me be a responsible employer.

Pros

The ease of creating H&S documents customized for our business.

Cons

It would be great if the document could be kept in say a Microsoft Word format so constant changes to our templates could be made instead of re-formatting from a PDF all the time. Updating would be so much easier and reviewing with staff would engage us more with H&S. This would make us use GoFormz with other company polices. Reviewing is just as important as the policy documentation creating itself - creating ease of living documents would open GoFormz to many other company work policies increasing its importance.

Reason for choosing GoFormz

Four reasons: Price, Application to our business, Engaged us more in our H&S responsibility and most important it acted as a safe cloud for all files which also made client H&S reporting easy. Clients love the job H&S JSA being emailed to them in report form.

### "Customers Delight"

The speed of transfer of a completed form(s) back to the office, with local storage/email and to the Cloud means the billing cycle and all of the supporting documentation to the customer has been improved from 21 days to 1 day. Storage and retrieval of completed forms has saved significant back of house administration time, as well as a "proof of task completion" to the customer has really driven customer satisfaction. This satisfaction is due to the readable paperwork as well as a complete document set at works completion, signed by the customer representative.

Pros

To perform field services for a customer, there is an ever increasing requirement to complete and return customer created/defined paperwork for risk assessments as well as to prove that the work was conducted and signed off by a customers representative on site using their forms. Without the return of the customer paperwork at the time of invoicing the payment is either delayed or not approved. The ability to import, complete and return the customer forms is a key benefit. Transitioning field staff to GoFormz was very efficient as the paperwork, now digital on a tablet, was the same as the field were completing in manual forms, which at times was not returned in a legible or timely/efficient manner

Cons

There is not a lot, not to like. There are always personal preferences in the creation of the templates, and methods to achieve an outcome. Recent changes to the management console template editor/creator have taken away a lot of the previous concerns.

### "Simple and Efficient documents "

Pros

This is a great tool. Each and everyone of our jobs has to have a job ticket. The cost to use this software is much cheaper than printing multiple booklets of carbon copy tickets. Also, my clients love it when they have a copy of the final signed job ticket in their inbox before our crews leave the job. And as always, anytime I have issues, my dedicated GoFormz representative \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is just a phone call away with great customer support. I referred GoFormz to multiple colleagues.

Cons

My biggest frustration with GoFormz is in the form building stage. Most of the actions are self explanatory and easy to use. However, when it comes to the formulas over fields that require calculations or extra actions, I tend to have issues. That’s when I make a call to my dedicated customer representative \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and he bails me out.

### "Time Saver"

Go-Formz allows us to have instant feedback from the field in a legible easy to read form. I now have accurate documents that arrive in my in-box daily, no more waiting for the paperwork to "catch up" I am ahead of the paperwork every morning when I start my day.

Pros

The setup, while appears daunting, a few videos and a well-timed phone call from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]and I had the forms working just as well as the paper forms. The field technicians like that they can spend two minutes filling in a form and then it is sent to the office and in the correct persons hand in minutes, no more keeping track of them and getting to the office to turn in paperwork. This makes change orders a breeze, we can capture a signature of the person making the change, no more he said/she said! It also makes billing almost instant, they finish the job fill out the correct form and it is all ready to send to the customer, no waiting a week or so to get paperwork that is unreadable half the time!

Cons

Difficult to come up with something I did not like, I guess at first it was a little difficult to get the hang of creating the forms, but that really only lasted an hour or so, if I can take a PDF and create a usable form in minutes, anyone can.

### "Great support and easy to use"

Pros

Initially we saw the value in being able to create documentation that had the look and feel of all our other branded templates. We found that other platforms in this genre create forms that don't look like what our team are used to using. Once we implemented the product, I was really impressed with the customer support we received, whether this originated as a result of technical issues on their side, or we were experiencing difficulties in getting the best out of the product due to our own limitations and understanding of the product.

Cons

I have flagged document control, or more specifically version control as an opportunity for improvement. This came from my incorrect assumption that if a user was using a form, and then I made changes to the template, that the current forms would remain unchanged, and that only newly created forms from the updated template would reflect the new changes. We have worked around this, again with fantastic support from our GoFormz representative.

I noticed a tech from a HVAC contractor using their smartphone getting a signature from a Client of theirs. I inquired what app he was using. It was Goformz! So on my way back to the office on the train I downloaded the app and read up on it. When I got to my office a created a quick flatten PDF form uploaded and I started creating my first Goformz. It was pretty much straight forward with a few gotchas. Not a problem though as I called my tech support goformz guy \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who help me polish up my new Template.

Pros

Easily set up and got it running within hours.

Cons

Its kinda tough to think of cons with this as goformz is keeping up with new aspects of its product. What comes to mind is their server Azure had an issue somewhere out west after a storm and goformz was down for a few days. It hasn't happened since so I believe they identified the break down and put stop gaps in place.

Reason for choosing GoFormz

These other products are expensive and don't seem to fit so far. What we were looking for in the others were a complete start to finish click a few buttons and invoice get sent to the customer. Hopefully goformz comes up with that module in the near future.

I enjoy the communications that keep me updated about trainings, updates to GoFormz, and account managers reaching out periodically.

Pros

I really like the ease of uploading my intake documents and being able to populate a fillable form.

Cons

I don't have the time to learn all the features due to my caseload.

Pros

Easy to complete forms. Forms are exactly like paper forms.

Cons

Takes a long time to sync. Feels like it takes a while to upload files.
