Especialy with support from my agent manager. He is always able to quickly help me when Im stuck, and or need some direction. I always learn a new pro tip that becomes a leverage multiplier when we work together. Pros We have used other software in past and have always had to mold our operations to fit the software. With GoFormz we can mold the software to fit our operation. Cons Id say price is a little steep for small business. At least to be on the level we want to be on. Pros The data collection feature is great and allows you to collate all your data. GoFormz has improved over the last couple of years with a number of updates. The customer service is excellent - always responding to questions in a timely manner and being very helpful. Our main contact is \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. Cons Unfortunately more than one user cannot work on the same template without it crashing (even when working on different parts of the form). It would be great if that could be done. Excellent customer support, however may not always be available during business hours if you are not on Pacific Standard time. Cons Unfortunately there can be heavy coding involved when you want to do complex number calculations. These services can be expensive, up to $1000 per template. The reports that are generated give snap shots that are extremely useful monitoring performance. It has saved us a tremendous amount of time in conducting analysis and data entry. Cons Some forms may be challenging to set up, but the Go Formz team is extremely helpful and can aid you in working through any issues you may have. It take literally 5 minutes to make a form, even with little to no experience Cons The connectivity to an iPad seems to have issues. It doesn't always update on time. It is very user friendly Cons Can be time consuming to setup templates depending on what you are wanting...but this is not a software flaw, its just the nature of the beast. Support team members were excellent sales representative, very diligent, very knowledgeable. Pros For our companies purpose in surveying, delegating scope to sub contractors and planning for build, this platform has proven to be very useful, especially since our surveyors are not always in the US. We have had success in being able to have these documents filled out and catalogued in S. America and Canada as well. Cons The buttons are hard to select or are to transparent (especially the when you want to add a photo to template). Not enough freedom in entering information, too many perameters in some fields.
