GoFormz has proven easier & quicker for our Engineers, Foremen and Supervisors to use over traditional ISO 9001 paper systems. Automatic filing capability and transparency of document ownership is always at hand for management. Records and data management is quicker & more compliant. Specific generated Reports are beneficial regard management.

Pros

GoFormz is a simple platform to learn which complements our ISO 9001 documentation. It was surprising how easily the platform was adopted by our non-IT literate work force. Support from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his friendly Team are always at hand to offer help. Very flexible system to transition from an antiquated paper system to a e-doc delight, that allows quicker, transparent and more accurate data capture.

Cons

The system has to be self learnt, but its logical and support is always available.

Positive with politeness, good availability and expertise with queries, improvments and problem solving when required despite the USA time difference from us in the UK. Chat function is great to start the conversation and allows it to be picked up thereafter.

Overall, my experience with GoFormz has been positive and it has a positive impact on what we need the program to achieve at work.

Pros

GoFormz is very user friendly and easy to learn. I like how easily it can be integrated with other software systems. GoFormz customer service is also unmatched!! I love working with \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team, they're fast to help us with solutions to any hiccups we encounter!

Cons

It's very minor, but some of the issues we encounter with work flows between software programs can be challenging, but again our customer service team is always quick to step in and help us figure out the issue!

This digital tool made a powerful impact on me to excel more and faster.

Pros

My perspective on Goformz was a highlighted game changer, enjoying a paperless environment. I think the high level of customization of creating forms using Goformz changed my workflow, delays, and how to distribute forms. I love how Goformz integrates with third-party tools such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

Cons

It would be awesome to see more upgrades dealing with the offline functionality part of Goformz.

Excellent. They are just the most simple but effective company on delivering the purpose of the tool.

Pros

a. Excellent AI driven forms for any of your business needs and surveys b. No need to integrate to set up costs/time.. just take the subscription and start using c. They offer free trial with all functionalities for 30 days, enough time to evaluate a software d. Comes with auto writing, AI, typo errors, grammar corrections e. Secure as it enables your log in through google or official accounts f. It enables to integrate e- signatures

Cons

Nothing much I would say as it gives you all the solutions with very reasonable price. They may need to work a bit on their UI but its totally worth of the price.

Pros

The support I received helped me build forms for our technicians to easily use in field service and report to our customers.

Cons

It would be easier if formulas were more auto populated or selectable for less tech-savvy people to build templates.

we really like the ease of use and logic applied to build forms, the support is amazing and the team are easy to access.

Cons

I have no negative feed back at present about the product experience or support. The pricing is fair.

Even though other products and companies are building similar form building experiences, GoFormz customization and cost has enabled us to remain as a satisfied GoFormz customer.

Pros

Customization, customer care, and mobility features are our most used and appreciated features.

Cons

it would be nice to be able to demo some of the more advanced features before committing to a higher contract price.

Didn't understand the other products offerings at the time we heard about GoFormz. The other products have only just developed a more functional form and online reporting systems and we already had a relationship with GoFormz. Integrated our paper forms was easiest with GoFormz at the time.
