Pros It is very convenient and easy to make a video. Chrome plugin makes it very quick to launch and use this product. Vidyard helps to give a personal touch to the emails. Cons Analytics could be made more intuitive. User interface can be improved but its not a major drawback. So far I haven't come across any major drawbacks while using this product. Cons It is VERY difficult to make a clean recording sharing a powerpoint given that Vidyard is web based. I frequently found myself recording a Zoom session and uploading to Vidyard for this reason. This is a niche complaint that won't affect most users. Pros Click Click and I'm making a video. Click and it's in my email! It's REALLY EASY to record and send a video. It's connected to our HubSpot, which makes it simple to send videos without ever leaving that system. The only reason we know that our videos increase conversions and ultimately improve our bottom line is because of Vidyard. Vidyard's player analytics and comprehensive customization options helped us figure out what our basic video strategy should be, fast. It allowed us to quickly iterate our player display options instead of needing multiple videos, to optimize conversions. Vidyard's interface is very user friendly and while the tool is simple and easy to use, the analytics and insights are far from trivial and pack a big punch. I don't have any knowledge in the field and I could use it successfully. You can create tutorials and share video info with people. Cons I am not sure. I only used it twice. Since I haven't tried any tool like this, I am not sure if it's missing something. But for a short tutorial video it was very easy and efficient. I logged in and recorded, share and done. Pros It is kind of easy to use... but thats it. Cons I used the free trial and i realised that you need to pay to own you video. Otherwise you only have a link that you can share. I did pay and i realised that when you broadcast your screen, you only have 360p resolution... For my needs, I absolutly need 720p. So i did ask to have my money back after only 1 hour of use. We decided to go with Vidyard because they have rock solid video hosting, cutting edge features, and solid customer support. We have hundreds of videos that we wanted to put on our website and on our YouTube channel. VIdyard lets you push videos directly to YouTube with closed captions, titles, and descriptions. Vidyard lets you customize email gating on your videos (not just email). Then you can sync those leads with your marketing automation platform. Pros I had tried other screen recording tool, but I always had challenges with the sound. The sound never came out clear. Vidyard has now fixed this problem for me. Sound and picture quality is good. Cons I am still in the trial period and I am still exploring the functionalities. So far, all is well and Iam happy. Pros Good for embedding personal videos in your abm campaigns. It simplifies the process with seamless Salesforce integrations. Cons Very limited in functionality, does only videos really well. Once a particular campaign is done the novelty of the idea vanes and you are left with mounting costs.
