Pros Software is very user-friendly and the support staff is amazing! Anytime I find something I feel like needs to be changed or added, they work quickly to do so. The onboarding process is very fast for the employees and the ESR screening is very fast as well. Pros I really like how easy it is to initiate the onboarding process. I also love the automation of the workflows. We are still working on kinks, but after this is set up entirely it will be great! Cons It has been a real challenge to set up. Everify is within the system so no external logins necessary. It has standardized our process in exactly the way I hoped. Pros We took a cumbersome paper-based process to an efficient online one. Because I travel to onboard our new hires, I no longer have to worry about transporting paperwork. Cons To some extent, it's harder to customize. Pros Ease of use; API connection to our SaaS; Cons I did not like that it has only a digital signature. I would like it to have been able to sign just as the hard form would be. Also, it was a bit challenging to have some more complicated forms to convert to EMPtrust online format. Reason for choosing EMP Trust HR Their pricing point was more acceptable for our budget.
