Pfizer gives us a cut off which can be frustrating but that isn't reflective on Workhuman so much as it is Pfizer.
I never see the products/brands I'm looking for and opt instead for gift/prepaid cards. Prepaid cards would be my go-to, except the available amounts are very inconvenient.
Inconsistency can cause frustration and resentment among employees.
Some countries and external co-workers are not included and hence no platform to recognize these colleagues and teammates; at least in my company.

Overall: Very positive- it gives me the tools I need to recognize peers for work above and beyond their role.
Pros: It's very simple to find coworkers in the tool and then locate an appropriate award tier to nominate them for. Transparent feedback is received when their award is acted upon which keeps you apprised on it's status.
Cons: I wish the service award could be converted into a eCard because personally I picked something for my 10 year anniversary reward that ended up being not as expected.

Overall: there are times that the employee becomes aware of the reward prior to them receiving notification from the system. the lag delay of notification should be tightend. Managers become aware several days prior to ee.
Pros: Simplicity of executing the rewards and guide for recommendations.
Cons: Some of the considerations for rewards should be updated. There are times that one feels that the reward should be higher given the scope of work, however tone of the output puts assumption that reward option is not appropriate and needs further review for approval.

Overall: Overall a good experience, just some minor things that could be added to the store that would help make it awesome for all. Most things/items can adhere to team members when choosing to use their points on something.
Pros: Options for access (computer and mobile device), suggested pointing system, lots of items to choose from in the store, each team member can utilize it, ease of use.
Cons: Work with the companies more to include more specific items customized to the company products or items approved through the company. Items such as headphones and cups. Visa gift cards would be great.
