"I was glad that it worked as advertised"

**Overall:** Prior to using this tool we would randomly select gift cards for our managers to hand out (if they even remembered). Since this product sends automatic milestones and also tracks our budget numbers I no longer have to generate customized reports. Also since it sends automatics awards; I am thrilled that HR does not have to purchase (and subsequently waste) money on "junk" anymore.

**Pros:** The app connects to Workday, therefore I and my team will not have to create separate user names and password. Simply clicking on the reward icon at the bottom of your screen allows you to award points.

**Cons:** Occasionally shipping time for rewards is longer then stated and is extremely frustrating, otherwise everything is good.

"Workhuman Warrior "

**Overall:** My overall experience with Workhuman is amazing, i like how cool the recognition is and how you can leave memes.

**Pros:** My favorite thing about Workhuman is the ease of it, and how amazing it is to be able to recongnize my colleagues.

**Cons:** My least favorite thing about workhuman is the fact that your can't edit your recognition through the application on your phone.
