Pros The approval process aligned with organization organogram. Easy redemption process. Varieties of products and recommendations of products can be redeemed with available points. gift cards and products availability with minimum number point i.e. below 50 points. It did get disabled and had certain limitations for a long time. Pros I like that I can exchange for a variety of different things and vouchers. Sometimes you can find this you wouldn't really expect, but I tend to use points mostly for vouchers when I want new games/appliances and things. Cons My company inflates the dollar to points value a bit which is frustrating. Switched from [Prezi](https://www.capterra.com/p/140325/Prezi-Business/) Previously my company used Prezzee vouchers. I am assuming that Human Resources doesn’t have to do paper calculations anymore. My manager is able to approve items throughout the year versus waiting until we get to our year-end reviews. Pros It’s hard to believe, but the people who work in the Support Team (also known as Help Desk), actually appear to be real people who can experience emotions and have feelings, instead of being just some type of computer program. I had no expectations what-so-ever when placing my ticket into the system. I expected them to immediately close my ticket once they read it, and then I’d never even hear back about anything. Cons There are a lot of points you can earn, which allow you to select different types of merchandise or Amazon gift cards, from within Workhuman’s claim portal. To tell the truth, I’m still unsure whether I successfully submitted an order or not because most corporate portals freeze up. Pros It's very simple to find coworkers in the tool and then locate an appropriate award tier to nominate them for. Transparent feedback is received when their award is acted upon which keeps you apprised on it's status. Cons I wish the service award could be converted into a eCard because personally I picked something for my 10 year anniversary reward that ended up being not as expected. I wish more people would participate. Pros The ability to recognize people that may be on a lower level within your company that would otherwise not be recognized by leaders. Cons The points don't match the value of the gift. Also, leadership has the ability to demote the Inspire points down to Cheers for Peers that carry no value. It doesn't quite mean as much to the person receiving the inspiration points. I have used the platform for years now and recognised many coworkers Cons The fact that the number of partners is limited. As a result points can't be redeemed in some major retail shops. A good alternative to that could be to make it possible to redeem on temporary bank card. January 30, 2025 5.0 My experience was all great. I have never had any problems with Workhuman. From browsing available items per category to redeeming vouchers, it's a lit. The site is responsive, easy to navigate, and most of all, it's user-friendly. I would definitely recommend this. Pros My favorite thing about Workhuman is how simple it is to purchase or redeem gift cards. The fact that using the voucher to apply it to any of your purchases or as a gift will not take you long makes it incredibly convenient. It will ask you to double-check the information before using the voucher to ensure that you will not make any mistakes. It allows time for review prior to submission. Additionally, the code will be available in a matter of minutes. Cons If I were to search for one thing, it would be the variety of gift card amounts that I could use.
