I used it to get a replacement for damaged product I bought elsewhere and the customer service was far better than that company's. It never lets me miss someone's work anniversary because the data is already saved within the database. Pros I can send a badge from the galley as I wait for our flight to land, and my laptop is currently melti…they’re burning my legs due to the busted fan The system didn't fail when I tried entering with just my normal work email. Cons There are too many tabs in the application this creates another frustrating case. Cons The points don't match the value of the gift. Also, leadership has the ability to demote the Inspire points down to Cheers for Peers that carry no value. It doesn't quite mean as much to the person receiving the inspiration points. I have used the platform for years now and recognised many coworkers Cons The fact that the number of partners is limited. As a result points can't be redeemed in some major retail shops. A good alternative to that could be to make it possible to redeem on temporary bank card. January 30, 2025 5.0 My experience was all great. I have never had any problems with Workhuman. From browsing available items per category to redeeming vouchers, it's a lit. The site is responsive, easy to navigate, and most of all, it's user-friendly. I would definitely recommend this. Pros My favorite thing about Workhuman is how simple it is to purchase or redeem gift cards. The fact that using the voucher to apply it to any of your purchases or as a gift will not take you long makes it incredibly convenient. It will ask you to double-check the information before using the voucher to ensure that you will not make any mistakes. It allows time for review prior to submission. Additionally, the code will be available in a matter of minutes. Cons If I were to search for one thing, it would be the variety of gift card amounts that I could use.
