Pros Provide all of the details about your benefit offerings, the system will then ask employees questions and based on the answers provide the best option for the plans you offer. Alex even has a sense of humor! Really helps employees to understand what benefits might fit their household best as well as educate them on how the plans work etc!!! Great tool and very easy to use!!!! Cons Quite expensive, unfortunately small employers will not be able to quantify the costs even though the benefits it brings to the employees is quite impressive. The software Alex asks questions and based upon answers given shows costs of various health plans. In our case we offer HMO, PPO, and some over 65 plans. Alex really helps give the info in a very understandable manner. Cons The cost of the product runs upwards for the life of owning/using the product.
