“Polynesian Xplorer (Samoa) review of Destination Travel Solution ”

OverallPolynesian Xplorer has been using the Destination Travel Solution software for two years and it has helped us to increasing our direct bookings as an ITO from 2% in 2011 to 22% in 2013 of our inbound business. It offers flexible solutions also to our wholesale partners t hrough its extranet faciltities for immedate confirmation. Overall, it allows the company to offer our Partners a simple & efficient way to book our services online. The range of functions and flexible rates entry makes us competitive, while offering an 'easy book' solution for clients to our Destination (in differentiated markets). The DTS also helps streamlining our back-office operations from invoicing to vouchering. So, far, we have not been able to find any Cons. with the system and the service - they have always found solutions and new modules to respond to our specific needs. Their team's customer service is always friendly, supportive and finding the right solutions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this software to other Inbound travel companies as a full solution.
