The development schedule is open to billed requests to enable new features or improvements. Cons Smartlynx is hard to navigate and the menu option are less than clear on the exact impact and scope they have. This is something you can learn over time and with use but its not something you can expect new people to understand with little oversight. Store business day view is amazing. Keeping the days labor, transactions, etc. all in order for easy usage. Inventory transaction tab makes my life, as a kitchen manager, so much easier. From counts to variance, absolutely perfect. Cons When a new employee has been put into the system it takes about a day for that individuals information to process through. This makes for an error at the end of the night, closing the business day. Cons Software doesn't allow a deep drill down on inventory and how it relates to items sold. Software can only be used on file server, this makes counting inventory more complicated.
