Pros I have found Brightmine to be an excellent resource. It's simple to use and full of relevant, easy to understand information which is invaluable in my day to day role in HR. I particularly love the training resources which enables me to quickly pull off a slide deck which I can tailor to my individual company needs. Cons I'm yet to find anything I don't like about Brightmine. My experience has been nothing but positive. Cynthia stepped in during a particularly challenging moment for our organization and completely turned the relationship around. She took the time to understand our context, listened carefully to our concerns, and worked diligently to negotiate pricing that was fair and reasonable given our circumstances. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and strong customer service orientation quite literally saved the account relationship. I am genuinely grateful for Cynthia’s partnership and look forward to a much more positive and productive future working together. Pros The application is user-friendly and fairly easy to use. After a recent change in our account management, the customer support has been amazing. Cons The application is costly particularly if you a non-profit entity, but the value that you get from the legal and compliance updates outweigh the cost. Cons Nothing it really has everything! So maybe a lower price. We never heard from them again and never used their "product" until months later when we started receiving invoices. Very poor customer service, they are just trying to get their commission and do not care about you as a client or a repeat client. I'm sure they will be out of business soon. They have a low rating as an employer on Glass Door and I'm not surprised in the least. Pros Not a single thing. This is a sales scam. Once they hook you they are done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are held to any moral or ethical standard. Cons EVERYTHING. THIS IS A SALES SCAM. You pay for a subscription but never receive any communication to activate your account, set up users or given any training. Reasons for choosing Brightmine Wish we had not.
