It's a single ecosystem with many moving parts - but surprisingly easy to navigate. Pros It's a powerful ATS with easy job board access. I appreciate the easy navigation and the support when just starting out was helpful. Cons It's a comprehensive platform so they'll be a learning curve, but that's true for any ATS.
