Before locking in my own workflow, I tested every module in depth to understand what actually holds up in daily operations. The platform handled that scrutiny well and gave me real clarity on how to organize pipeline, screening and candidate communication. Pros Pipeline modeling and candidate tracking are well executed. Job posting and application capture work without friction, and the integration with the wider Zoho ecosystem saves a lot of duplicated work. Custom fields give me enough flexibility to adapt the flow to a high-turnover sector where hiring moves much faster than traditional corporate recruiting. Cons The learning curve is steeper than it first appears, especially when setting up automations and user permissions. Some adjustments I expected to handle straight from the interface require deeper configuration instead. Pricing per user is heavy for small operations, and the minimum user requirement on some plans doesn't fit teams that are just starting out.
