### "Founder CEO"

5.0

So far so good, highly recommended for companies looking for ATS. The onboarding was easy. I was able to use it immediately.

Pros

I like that they offer Free Tier. Their monthly pricing is also competitive, not bad compared to the other options.

Cons

I wish there would be more payment options for upgrade. That would make it easier for users to upgrade.

### "A Feature-Rich Recruitment Solution for Growing Businesses"

July 30, 2026

4.0

Our overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been very positive. The platform has helped us organize and streamline our recruitment process, from posting jobs and managing candidate applications to scheduling interviews and collaborating with hiring managers. The interface is user-friendly, and the customization options allow us to tailor workflows to our hiring process. Integration with other Zoho applications further improves efficiency by reducing manual work. Although we encountered a few challenges with career site formatting and initial Microsoft 365 integration, the support team was responsive and assisted us throughout the implementation. Overall, Zoho Recruit is a reliable, feature-rich, and cost-effective applicant tracking system that we would recommend to organizations looking to modernize their hiring process.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is its ease of use and flexibility. The platform is intuitive, making it simple to create job openings, manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers. I also appreciate its seamless integration with other Zoho applications, particularly Zoho People, which helps streamline the hiring and onboarding process. The ability to customize workflows, email templates, and recruitment stages allows us to adapt the system to our specific hiring needs without requiring extensive technical expertise.

Cons

While Zoho Recruit offers a rich set of features, there are a few areas that could be improved. Formatting of job descriptions on the career site can sometimes be inconsistent, requiring additional adjustments. Initial setup of integrations, such as Microsoft 365, may also require technical assistance. Improving the career site customization experience and simplifying third-party integrations would make the overall implementation smoother.

### "Nightmare that I can't avoid"

January 6, 2026

1.0

Unfortunately too bad but I need single login so trying to explore ZOHO. No phone calls, no demo provided.

Pros

I am an independent contributor and Zoho gives me an option to buy even a single login. I am not sure if they approach is different for a subscription with multiple users.

Cons

Zoho Recruit isn't serious about business. Least worried about Sales. Instead of providing Demo, they sent me video links to go through and find out how it works. It makes user feel disrespected.

### "Very affordable for what you are given"

June 10, 2026

5.0

Pros

The customization is the standout. I built my own pipeline stages, statuses, and custom fields to match exactly how we hire — everything from CNC machinists on the floor to office roles. The drag-and-drop layout editor is genuinely dynamic and easy to work with. Rearranging profiles, fields, and views without needing a developer made the buildout move fast. The visual process graphics are clear. It's easy to see at a glance where every candidate sits in the pipeline.

Cons

The candidate profile being scrollable. I feel like there is a better way to group all take care of the sections. I know they are clickable on the side, but I would like some of them to be side by side. I would also like clearer explanation of things and what each part is for. For example the assessments

### "A Game-Changer for Our Recruitment Business"

September 1, 2026

5.0

Zoho Recruit has honestly been amazing for us! From managing candidates and vacancies to keeping our recruitment process organised, it has made our day-to-day work so much easier. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, professional, and has features that genuinely make a difference. For a growing recruitment business like ours, Zoho Recruit has helped us work smarter, save time, and stay on top of everything. We absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to any recruitment professional or agency!

Pros

What I like most about Zoho Recruit is how easy it is to manage the entire recruitment process from one platform. The combination of a clean, user-friendly interface, powerful automation, customisation, and candidate management makes a real difference to my daily workflow. I especially appreciate being able to keep our talent database organised, track candidates, manage vacancies, and streamline communication without having to use multiple systems. It saves time, keeps everything in one place, and allows us to focus more on our clients and candidates. For a growing recruitment business, it has genuinely made our process more efficient and professional.

Cons

The main thing I like least is that some of the more advanced features can take time to learn and configure properly. The platform offers so much functionality that it can initially feel a little overwhelming for new users. I would also like to see even more flexibility in certain reporting and dashboard options, as well as simpler setup for some integrations and automations.

### "My first impressions of Zoho ATS"

August 12, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been satisfactory so far. I hope to discover further benefits during the coming months of the usage test.

Pros

Using Zoho Recruiter has been a positive experience. I would highlight application management, candidate tracking, and job posting. In my case, it has proven to be a good ATS for a consulting firm.

Cons

What I like least about Zoho is the minimum user limitation on the Standard plan. The monthly price per user is high.

### "A Powerful, Feature-Rich ATS That Demands Customization for Best Results"

July 13, 2026

5.0

My experience has been a mix of productivity and technical discovery. It is an incredibly powerful engine for recruitment, especially for mid-to-large-sized teams that need robust data tracking. While it excels at handling large volumes of data and complex automated workflows, it demands a significant time investment to configure properly. For a developer or a designer looking to build custom career experiences, the APIs are solid, though the documentation and default component styling could benefit from a more modern design language.

Pros

The standout feature is the versatility and depth of customization. As someone with a background in UX/UI design, I appreciate how granular you can get with the candidate pipelines and status workflows. The integration capabilities are also a massive plus—being able to connect the platform to external sites via API or custom code snippets (like in React/Next.js projects) makes it much more than just a standard ATS; it acts as a functional backend for talent management.

Cons

The learning curve is relatively steep, specifically regarding the UI/UX design of the backend interface. While functional, the dashboard can feel cluttered, and finding specific customization settings often requires navigating through too many sub-menus. Additionally, the pre-built components for career site integration can sometimes be rigid, requiring custom development to achieve a modern, responsive mobile UX.

### "Insights from a pilot Implementation"

July 19, 2026

4.0

Zoho Recruit offers a robust ecosystem of automated workflows and advanced functionalities that are especially relevant for organizations with high hiring volumes. Among the most impactful components are the artificial intelligence features integrated into the platform's higher-tier plans, which were not evaluated during the pilot period given that the implementation was executed under the Standard plan.

Pros

The interface is clean and the navigation menu is logical. The hiring pipeline provides an at-a-glance view of where each candidate stands. The system automatically sends CV receipt confirmations, screening forms, interview invitations

Cons

The Standard plan includes no AI functionality whatsoever, which limits automatic candidate filtering at that level. The reports available on the Standard plan are functional but limited

### "A great ATS to use by Consulting firm "

July 28, 2026

4.0

If I compare to other ATS, its good, its simple but if I compare with other Zoho apps quality, this needs improvement

Pros

We have been using zoho apps since long and recently started using zoho ats, Performance and Speed, overall, its good and easy to use. workflow can be simpler, except that everything is nice and worth trying

Cons

I think that too much functionality has been introduced, and it has not been categorized properly, Workflow is really good but it could be better. Like I wanted to automate my hiring or jobs emails, so if I receive any job application directly from candidates or from any other portal, should be compile and store as candidates DB, which really I am still trying to find

### "A Flexible ATS That Improved My Recruitment Workflow"

February 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been positive. After investing time in setting it up properly, it has significantly improved how I organise candidates, track progress, and manage communication. It offers strong functionality for the price, and once configured to suit my workflow, it has become a reliable and efficient tool in my daily operations.

Pros

Highly customisable: I like that I can tailor fields, workflows, and candidate stages to suit how I personally work rather than adjusting my process to fit the system. All-in-one platform: I can manage candidates, clients, and job postings in one place, which keeps everything organised and easy to track. Automation saves me time: Setting up workflows for follow-ups and status updates has reduced the amount of manual admin I need to do daily. Centralised communication: Being able to send and track emails directly within the system helps me keep a clear record of all candidate interactions. Strong reporting features: The dashboards give me a clear view of pipeline progress and performance. Good value for money: For the features offered, I find it competitively priced compared to other ATS platforms.

Cons

Learning curve: Some advanced features aren’t immediately intuitive and require exploration or training to use effectively. Interface can feel busy: At times the system feels slightly cluttered, particularly when managing multiple roles.

### "The " Incredible " Zoho Recruit"

September 22, 2025

5.0

Zoho Recruit has significantly improved the way we manage recruitment at Linked Recruitment. Compared to our previous CRM, it offers double the features at a much lower cost, making it an exceptional value for money. The platform is fast, reliable, and user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes navigating through tasks effortless. The recruitment process is streamlined from start to finish — from sourcing and prospecting candidates to managing interviews, placements, and even ongoing support. The candidate interview scheduling tools are particularly helpful, allowing us to coordinate efficiently and maintain a professional experience for both clients and candidates. Security is clearly a priority for Zoho, with robust data protection measures that give us confidence in handling sensitive candidate and client information. Performance and speed are consistently impressive, even when managing large volumes of data. Payroll management is another standout feature, helping us keep track of payments and contracts with ease. It integrates well with other Zoho tools, which adds to the overall efficiency of our operations. Customer support is second to none — account managers are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Their support has been instrumental in tailoring Zoho Recruit to our specific needs. Overall, Zoho Recruit delivers outstanding value across the board. It’s a powerful, secure, and cost-effective solution that has transformed our recruitment workflow. I’d highly recommend it to any recruitment business looking for a scalable and dependable CRM."

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is how seamlessly it brings together all the essential elements of recruitment into one powerful platform. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage tasks without a steep learning curve. ### "Reliable and Pocket Friendly CRM"

March 20, 2026

5.0

We are a recruitment agency, WORKMPLOY, and have been using Zoho Recruit to manage our hiring workflows and client requirements. The platform has been very helpful in organizing candidate data, tracking applicants across different stages, and improving overall recruitment efficiency. One of the key strengths is its customization capability, which allows us to tailor pipelines based on different client requirements. The user interface is fairly easy to use and would like to explore more. Initially, there is a slight learning curve while setting up workflows and automation. Need more hands on on this. Overall, Zoho Recruit is a reliable and cost-effective ATS solution for recruitment agencies looking to streamline their hiring process and improve productivity.

Pros

Its cost effective and user friendly. Zoho interface is very easy to use for anyone new in system. The CRM is really effective for early age startups.

Cons

### "Zoho Recruit makes recruiting simple and efficient"

October 22, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been excellent. It’s made my recruiting process faster, more organized, and more professional. The system gives me full visibility into every candidate and client interaction, and the automation tools save me a ton of time each week. I also appreciate how responsive their support team is whenever I have questions.

Pros

What stood out to me most about Zoho Recruit is how customizable and easy to use it is. I was able to build my entire recruiting workflow exactly how I wanted, from tracking candidates and clients to automating outreach and follow-ups. The integrations with other Zoho apps, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail, make everything feel connected and efficient. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t take long to learn. I also really appreciate the level of support Zoho provides. Anytime I had a question or needed help with setup, their team was responsive and professional. It feels like a system that was actually built for recruiters, not just adapted for recruiting.

Cons

### "The Best Career Site option among similar competitors"

March 25, 2026

4.0

I'm still on the learning curve - my free trial just expired = 14 days - but I might schedule a Demo presentation since I can't seem to wrap my head around some basic stuff.

Pros

The price options, quite affordable for startups. The visual appearance and easy integration of the "Career Site" and "Candidate web forms" with your own website in Zoho Recruit, are among the best I found when benchmarking similar software.

Cons

Since lot of features are not available under the "Free Trial Version" (essential features) at the end you still have to pay to properly "test" the software, which make the "free trial" redundant. The availability of options to customize the menus seemed a lot to me (I was looking for a more simple and practical platform).

### "10 years of Zoho Recruit"

March 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoho Recruit has been a dependable and cost-effective ATS for our business over the last decade. It covers all the core functions needed to run a recruitment agency and has the flexibility to grow alongside you. While there are areas that could be more modern or streamlined, the system delivers where it matters most — managing candidates, jobs, and workflows efficiently. For agencies looking for a stable, adaptable, and good-value recruitment platform, Zoho Recruit remains a strong choice.

Pros

Reliable and proven – We’ve used Zoho Recruit for nearly 10 years, and it has consistently supported our day-to-day recruitment operations without major issues. Strong CV parsing & database management – Makes it easy to build and maintain a large candidate pool, which is essential for a specialist agency. Good search functionality – Quickly find suitable candidates from a large database, saving time on resourcing. Customisable – Flexible enough to adapt to different workflows as the business has evolved over time. Integration with Zoho ecosystem – Email and other integrations help keep everything in one place and improve efficiency. Cost-effective – Offers strong functionality compared to many more expensive ATS platforms.

Cons

User interface can feel dated in places – Some areas are not as modern or intuitive as newer platforms. Learning curve for full functionality – To get the most out of it, you need to spend time setting it up properly. Automation could be more advanced – While functional, some automation features aren’t as slick as higher-end systems. Occasional limitations in reporting – Advanced reporting sometimes requires workarounds or additional setup.

### "Zoho Recruit"

February 14, 2026

5.0

We’ve been using Zoho Recruit for several months now, and overall it’s been a solid tool for streamlining our hiring process. The candidate tracking and job posting features are intuitive and save us a ton of time, especially when juggling multiple roles at once. I love how customizable the workflows are — they let us tailor the system to how we actually work rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all setup. There’s a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced automations, but once you get the hang of it, it feels super powerful. For the price and range of features, Zoho Recruit is a great choice for small to midsize teams that want recruiting software that adapts to their needs.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit was how customizable and flexible the platform is — being able to tailor workflows, candidate stages, and job templates to fit our exact hiring process made everything feel more organized and efficient. I also appreciated how seamlessly it integrates with email and other Zoho apps, which helped keep our whole team aligned and communicating without switching between tools.

Cons

What I liked least was that some of the more advanced features feel a bit clunky and unintuitive at first, especially compared to competitors with smoother onboarding. The reporting and analytics could be more flexible too, and occasionally the interface feels slower or overly complex when you’re trying to make quick updates. With a little refinement in usability, it could feel even more powerful and user-friendly.

### "Great tool"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, while it’s a solid tool, there is room for improvement in usability, scalability, and advanced reporting.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is its simplicity combined with flexibility. It offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for recruiters to manage candidates, job postings, and the hiring pipeline without a steep learning curve. From a business perspective, the ability to customize workflows, fields, and automation is very useful, especially when handling diverse hiring requirements across multiple clients. The integration with other Zoho tools and email systems also helps streamline communication and keeps everything in one place. Another strong point is how it supports end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—while still being cost-effective compared to many enterprise ATS platforms. Overall, it’s a practical solution for growing recruitment teams looking for structure, visibility, and efficiency without overcomplicating the process.

Cons

Lastly, for high-volume recruitment or staffing agencies, scaling workflows and managing large datasets can sometimes feel less seamless compared to more specialized enterprise ATS solutions.

### "Transformative ATS for Every Hiring Team"

February 7, 2026

5.0

Very Good They even offer live demo and setup of system I came with no additional cost with enterprise plan.

Pros

Zoho Recruit has completely changed how we handle recruiting from posting jobs to tracking candidates and engaging hiring managers. The interface is clean and intuitive, and automations save us hours every month. Resume parsing, pipelines, and candidate communications all work flawlessly, keeping everything organized in one place. What I appreciate most is the flexibility: custom workflows and seamless integrations make this platform fit our exact process. Support has been helpful whenever needed, and the overall experience is outstanding. Would highly recommend to any HR or recruiting team looking for a powerful, reliable ATS!

Cons

As we never used any recruitment system we needed a bit time to learn and understand the work flow that's not a con but took a while to understand I will say.

### "A Great Value for Growing Teams"

November 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been excellent. It transformed our chaotic hiring process into a streamlined workflow. Before using it, we were juggling spreadsheets and email threads, but now everything is organized in one place. The ability to customize the recruitment pipeline to match our specific hiring stages was a game-changer. It is arguably the best value-for-money ATS on the market for small to medium businesses, offering enterprise-level features without the enterprise price tag. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to professionalize their recruitment process without breaking the bank.

Pros

I was most impressed by how intuitive and easy it is to set up. You don't need to be a tech expert to get started. The resume parsing feature is a huge time-saver, automatically extracting candidate details so I don’t have to do manual data entry. I also love the "one-click" job posting feature that pushes openings to multiple free job boards instantly. It really centralizes the entire hiring process—from sourcing to scheduling interviews—in one dashboard.

Cons

The mobile app is functional but feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version; I’d love to see more features available on the go. Also, while the interface is clean, navigating the advanced customization settings can have a slight learning curve at first. Lastly, I wish the free edition allowed for a few more active job postings simultaneously, as it’s such a helpful tool.

### "Smooth and Easy Recruitment Experience"

April 7, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been quite positive so far. It has helped me organize my recruitment process better and made it easier to track candidates. I’m still exploring some of the features, but it’s been a good experience till now.

Pros

I really liked how simple and clean Zoho Recruit feels. It’s not overwhelming, and I was able to start using it pretty quickly. The way it organizes candidates and the hiring stages makes my day-to-day work much easier.

Cons

At times, I felt that I haven’t explored all the features yet, and some parts of the system take a bit of time to fully understand. I think with more time, it would become much smoother.
