### "HIGHLY Recommend!!"

April 20, 2026

5.0

As mentioned above, I love it. Great features, very easy to use and I love how many job slots that you get.

Pros

I've been using for several years and I think it's fantastic. I've found and placed many candidates using their platform. Customer service is VERY responsive and I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend Zoho, especially for the price!!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. There's so much to to learn and they are always adding new features.

### "Experience with Zoho Recruit has been positive"

April 20, 2026

4.0

One of the main drawbacks is the occasional lag in performance, especially when dealing with large volumes of candidate data. The user interface can feel slightly outdated and inconsistent across different modules. Some workflows, like authentication or integration setups, require manual steps that could be more automated. Additionally, certain features require deeper configuration, which may not be very intuitive for first-time users.

Pros

is a solid and reliable recruitment platform, especially for small to mid-sized teams. It offers a good balance between functionality and affordability. The system covers most stages of the hiring lifecycle, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and collaboration. While there are some areas that can be improved (especially performance and UI consistency), overall it delivers good value for money. Customer support is generally responsive, though resolution times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue. The platform is fairly easy to use once you get familiar with it, but the initial learning curve can be slightly steep for new users. The candidate interview and hiring workflows are well-structured, and the user access portal provides decent role-based controls. Performance is acceptable but can occasionally feel slow when handling large datasets.

Cons

provides excellent value for money compared to many other ATS platforms. It offers a wide range of features including automation, integrations, and customizable workflows at a competitive price point. The flexibility in configuring modules, pipelines, and fields is a major advantage. Integration with other Zoho products is seamless, making it a strong choice for teams already in the Zoho ecosystem. The interview scheduling and candidate tracking features are particularly useful and help streamline the hiring process.

### "Nightmare that I can't avoid"

January 6, 2026

1.0

Unfortunately too bad but I need single login so trying to explore ZOHO. No phone calls, no demo provided.

Pros

I am an independent contributor and Zoho gives me an option to buy even a single login. I am not sure if they approach is different for a subscription with multiple users.

Cons

isn't serious about business. Least worried about Sales. Instead of providing Demo, they sent me video links to go through and find out how it works. It makes user feel disrespected.

Alternatives considered

### "A Flexible ATS That Improved My Recruitment Workflow"

February 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. After investing time in setting it up properly, it has significantly improved how I organise candidates, track progress, and manage communication. It offers strong functionality for the price, and once configured to suit my workflow, it has become a reliable and efficient tool in my daily operations.

Pros

Highly customisable: I like that I can tailor fields, workflows, and candidate stages to suit how I personally work rather than adjusting my process to fit the system. All-in-one platform: I can manage candidates, clients, and job postings in one place, which keeps everything organised and easy to track. Automation saves me time: Setting up workflows for follow-ups and status updates has reduced the amount of manual admin I need to do daily. Centralised communication: Being able to send and track emails directly within the system helps me keep a clear record of all candidate interactions. Strong reporting features: The dashboards give me a clear view of pipeline progress and performance. Good value for money: For the features offered, I find it competitively priced compared to other ATS platforms.

Cons

Learning curve: Some advanced features aren’t immediately intuitive and require exploration or training to use effectively. Interface can feel busy: At times the system feels slightly cluttered, particularly when managing multiple roles.

### "Helps us make hiring easier"

March 10, 2026

5.0

Overall it made hiring more organized for us. Once everything was set up, it saved time and made it easier to track candidates and manage interviews.

Pros

It helps me keep all candidates and job applications in one place. Before this we were tracking things in email and spreadsheets, which was messy. Now it’s easier to see where each candidate is in the hiring process. Also API makes things much easier.

Cons

The setup at the beginning took a bit of time. Some settings are not very obvious and you need to click around to figure things out. Though spending time on it is definitely worth, they have son many ZOHO products that you can combine them and make things much easier.

### "Good Experience in setting Zoho Recruit up"

April 21, 2026

4.0

Whatever we set up in the blueprint works beautifully. We are convinced Zoho will make the life of our recruiters much more easy, help them to stay in the process and increase their efficiency by being able to spend more time with the applicants rather than on paperwork.

Pros

We are still in the process of setting it up to suit our recruitment process. What we like is the ability to integrate a large number of other softwares into Zoho. Setting up blueprints is quite intuitive, once you get used to the philosophy of the software. The customer support has been very helpful and guiding us through the process.

Cons

It is quite difficult to understand the different modules Application/Job Openings/Candidate and their interdependencies, which does not make it easy to use to start with, but customer support and their help center have supported us.

I wanted a simple tool that would allow me to grow my business - whilst growing my team. ticks the box and offers a lot more than I initially wanted - at a great price.

Pros

Cons

Pros

### "A Powerful and Flexible Recruitment Tool"

March 28, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been outstanding. It helped us streamline our hiring process from posting jobs to onboarding candidates. The platform is reliable and continually improving with regular updates. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful.

Pros

offers an incredibly user-friendly interface, customizable workflows, and seamless integration with other Zoho and third-party apps. I particularly appreciated the automation features, which significantly reduced our manual workload and improved overall recruitment efficiency.

Cons

The initial setup can be a bit overwhelming due to the extensive customization options. It takes some time to fully understand and optimize the features, especially for new users without technical experience.

We made the switch from Manatal to because we needed a more scalable and customizable solution. While Manatal was user-friendly, it lacked the advanced automation features and integration capabilities that Zoho Recruit offers. Zoho also provided better control over workflows, stronger data management, and a more robust onboarding process, which were all crucial for our growing hiring needs.

### "Zoho Recruit Solid Solution for Small to Large TA Teams"

August 12, 2025

Robust and has gotten better each iteration. Have used it over the years and current version seems very intuitive.

Pros

has great integration with job boards and social recruiting. We like how it integrates with it's full suite of other biz applications to make the most of data and history without multiple entries.

Cons

Sometimes feels more like a corporate "application" tracking system than a proactive/passive candidate activity tracking system.

### "Excellent Choice for growing teams"

August 4, 2025

4.0

is an excellent choice for growing companies and HR teams looking for a reliable, affordable ATS with essential features and solid integration options. To get the most out of it, it's best used within the larger Zoho ecosystem.

Pros

offers strong user access controls and role-based permissions. One of the most cost-effective solutions in its class. The pricing is tiered and transparent, making it suitable for small to mid-sized teams. Clean and intuitive UI. Navigation is logical, and most tasks can be done with minimal training.

Cons

Customizing the careers page and application forms is somewhat restricted unless you're on higher-tier plans.

### "Been great for us"

February 20, 2025

4.0

Overall pretty good. I've stuck with it for many years because of the broad range of functionality and how easy it is to use. I have raised my concerns around pipeline management, and wouldn't rule out changing if I discovered a system that did everything Zoho does and fixes the issues it has.

Pros

Zoho is very simple to use, it's so simple to pick up. One of my team had never used a Database or CRM before working here and she got to grips with it right away. It also has such an extensive range of features, functions and capabilities, however, these need to be activated individually, so you can have as much or as little of the capabilities of as you need, without it getting over-complicated from a user standpoint.

Cons

Pipeline management. The system doesn't distinguish between a candidate status (ie, available, not looking etc...) and a job application status (shortlisted, cv sent, rejected etc...) which means there is only one status. This becomes an issue when a candidate is involved in multiple processes and you update the status for one (let's say to Rejected), this then causes the candidate not to show up in searches of candidates still in process, even though they are still active on one or more other jobs. You can still see their accurate status if you look through the job, but they wont come up on searches for active candidates. We lost track of a couple of people due to this. Also, despite it being a very simple to use system, configuration is a little complicated. Took ages to discover how to configure email sending from the system.

### "Perfect Fit"

Some areas noted for improvement include initial setup complexity and pipeline management nuances..., but these do not diminish the overall positive feedback on ease and effectiveness.

Pros

Cons

Pros

Cons

I’ve been using recently, and so far, it’s been very good. It has all the key features I was looking for in one place, making my workflow smoother. The interface is easy to use, and the pricing seems quite reasonable for the value it offers. I’m looking forward to exploring more, but my initial experience has been very positive.

Pros

### "A Practical, Scalable ATS That Brings Order to Real-World Recruiting"

December 17, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive and practical. It consistently delivers where it matters most by keeping recruiting organized, visible, and repeatable as workload and hiring volume increase. While it isn’t the flashiest ATS on the market and does require some setup to fully unlock its value, the stability, flexibility, and affordability more than make up for that. Zoho Recruit has helped us move from reactive, inbox-driven recruiting to a structured, scalable operation, which makes it a tool I trust and would confidently recommend to similar teams.

Pros

What I liked most about is that it brings order and discipline to recruiting without overcomplicating the process. Having a single, centralized system for candidates, jobs, notes, and client activity dramatically reduces confusion and keeps everyone aligned. I also really value the flexibility and customization — the ability to tailor pipelines, fields, and workflows to how we actually recruit instead of forcing a generic process. Lastly, the cost-to-value ratio stands out: it delivers strong functionality at a price point that makes sense for growing teams, which is hard to find in this space.

Cons

What I liked least about is that the user interface can feel cluttered and less intuitive, especially for new users during onboarding. Some of the more powerful customization and reporting features also require time and admin effort to configure properly, rather than working perfectly out of the box. Additionally, certain advanced capabilities and integrations are restricted to higher-tier plans, which can be limiting if you’re on the Standard edition.

Overall, Zoho is an efficient and reliable recruitment tool. The interface is clean, and with time, easy to navigate.

Pros

has been the most reliable recruitment tool I have used so far. Aside from it being affordable, it improved my visibility to potential employers and did that while reducing manual work! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Cons

### "Solid and Flexible Tool for Recruitment Agencies"

June 24, 2025

4.0

It's a powerful recruitment platform with great potential, especially for agencies, but there's still room to polish the user experience and learning resources.

Pros

I've been testing on and off for several weeks now, using it primarily for agency recruiting purposes. Overall, my experience has been largely positive, especially when it comes to the platform's flexibility and feature set. What stands out the most is the high level of customizability. Zoho Recruit allows you to tailor many aspects of the system to fit your workflow, which is essential for agencies that manage different clients and job types. Implementation is surprisingly smooth, and the user interface is intuitive enough to get started without a steep learning curve. Another strong point is how frequently the platform is updated. You can tell the development team is actively working on improvements, which builds trust in the long-term value of the tool. Also worth noting is the helpful live chat support – they’ve been responsive and efficient whenever I had questions.

Cons

There are a few areas where could improve. The documentation could be clearer and more consistent – I often found conflicting instructions between the help articles and other sources. Additionally, while the platform is rich in features, this can be overwhelming at times, especially for newer users. More video tutorials or onboarding guidance would definitely help.

### "A Great Value for Growing Teams"

November 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with has been excellent. It transformed our chaotic hiring process into a streamlined workflow. Before using it, we were juggling spreadsheets and email threads, but now everything is organized in one place. The ability to customize the recruitment pipeline to match our specific hiring stages was a game-changer. It is arguably the best value-for-money ATS on the market for small to medium businesses, offering enterprise-level features without the enterprise price tag. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to professionalize their recruitment process without breaking the bank.

Pros

I was most impressed by how intuitive and easy it is to set up. You don't need to be a tech expert to get started. The resume parsing feature is a huge time-saver, automatically extracting candidate details so I don’t have to do manual data entry. I also love the "one-click" job posting feature that pushes openings to multiple free job boards instantly. It really centralizes the entire hiring process—from sourcing to scheduling interviews—in one dashboard.

Cons

The mobile app is functional but feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version; I’d love to see more features available on the go. Also, while the interface is clean, navigating the advanced customization settings can have a slight learning curve at first. Lastly, I wish the free edition allowed for a few more active job postings simultaneously, as it’s such a helpful tool.
