The best thing about this, I never searched for an alternative! Previously I was using ODOO but was in constant search for alternative and Zoho provided that. This is the 3 service I am engaged with including, Payroll and Vault. Pros 1\. Web Portal 2. Candidate Portal 3. Job creation 4. Import candidates through resumes 5. Interview scheduler 6. Email Templates Cons 1\. Job Boards as it requires 3rd party payment integrations but good feature have not tried. 2. I am just amaze! Pros Zoho Recruit allows Recruiters to recruit and handle the 360 of recruiting. Their platform is awesome, especially being able to create workflows, hand off to hiring manager, templates and just the User Interface and WORKING mobile app. Cons There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Recruit it connects with all my applications. Pros The user interface and user experience are intuitive, making it easy to navigate and learn quickly. I appreciate how user-friendly it is—I was able to figure out the features and get a good feel for the platform without any steep learning curve. One of the standout benefits for me is the ability to explore and use the platform without needing to pay for a subscription right away. Cons I’ve encountered some issues with importing data from spreadsheets. The data doesn’t always upload to the correct fields, which can be frustrating and time-consuming to fix.
