It helps us a lot in tracking of applicants. It provides easy ways of managing resumes as well as scheduling interviews perfectly. Pros I have been using Zoho Recruit for many years. I love its ease of use and a very excellent interface. It is really intuitive. It helps me a lot in expanding my business. It is no doubt the perfect choice for running small business. In order to start working on this, a person just need to have little bit computer knowledge. Another advantage is that there is no need to send email in order to start working on it but it let us have free trial simply by registering ourselves. Cons There are not as such cons in using this tool. It is fulfilling all my business needs and requirements in a best way. I have no complaint with this. You can attach all the documentations from Client and Candidates (such as Contract Agreement and all other documents which are legally required for Client. For Candidates, you can add from their CVs to their offer letter. 2. Attachment Category is a very helpful tool for each Module. 3. CV Parsing feature is amazing list will go on and on - - if you want to see the real difference in your organisation try Zoho Recruit. Cons the only issue is that the customer service is not up to the standards, you have to make changes yourself and sometimes it take so long (especially if you are not a technical person) to figure out ways to amend the software to your requirements. They have an account staff that reaches out daily and it's easy to schedule a support call when needed. Highly recommend! Pros The ability to make customized views and reports that are easily able to be changed/tweaked. It works well as an applicant tracking system, as well as a CRM for tracking customer meetings/notes/etc. Cons The option to send mass emails out. It's not easily customized and doesn't appear professional in email. The search engine could be better, but not terrible. June 7, 2020 5.0 My overall experience has been great, except it would be really helpful if users were allowed to post one job in multiple cities to save time. Pros Zoho recruit made collaborating with the rest our team easier and more efficient. Our job posts have a lot of exposure through Zoho's job board network and we have received strong candidate applications. When we receive applicants we, as a team, can seamlessly move them through each step of the hiring process to stay organized. Cons Many of the roles we recruit for are remote, so we often don't care where the applicant lives just as long as they are qualified. The thing I liked least is that Zoho recruit doesn't allow you to easily post a job in multiple cities - you must post an individual job for each city, which can be tedious. Having found Zoho Recruit it met all my needs perfectly and within my limited budget as a small business. Pros Ease of use. Once you know your recruitment process you can quickly and easily set up the complete workflow and automation to hit every requirement you have. There is also good support features that will walk you through and solve your problems quickly and easily. Pros The thing I like the most about Zoho Recruit is that you have all your information, schedules, candidates and interviews in just one place, that you can even have in your mobile devices. Zoho recruit has been really helpful to know what events and interviews you have for the day, and you are even able to review the candidate in the app, even update their status. Cons There is nothing I dislike about the app is very simple to use, user friendly and not that expensive, the only thing is that during the mobile usage it takes a little bit more of time to load. For one-man shop I don't want to purchase Enterprise version, seems that this software is only catered for enterprise users, which can makes your product less competitive as most enterprise users would go Workable, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc. You need to better understand your customer groups and user needs. Pros \- It has all basic functions to satisfy basic resume storage needs. Cons \- Initially you'll only get 1GB storage; you need to pay extra to get more space. - Interview status can’t be synced, every time when schedule interviews I have to change it manually. - Emails sent from my Outlook to candidates cannot be captured in Zoho. - Resume can’t be parsed in existing profile, have to upload resume and update profile manually. - Their mobile app is barely useful.. my interviews are not being listed chronologically, they are all over the place, makes it impossible to track my interviews on your app; no filter either. The Zoho recruit app is not the exception as it does a great work as also presents a nice user interface. It comes with a free option to try it out so it makes easier to make a choice when trying to find the right applicant tracking system. Easy to use, to understand and to work your way around it. Great features with a really nice integration with my website and if you have any questions, their customer service department does a great job. Works nice on my Android phone. Perfect searching capabilities (this one is nice) with standard functionality. Cons The fact that I cannot integrate this with my Office365 Outlook is something to work on. Zoho Recruit in particular allows you to import candidates and applicants direct from their CV where the database information such as name, contact number, qualifications and expeirence is populated directly from the candidate CV. This is a significant time saving feature. Zoho Recruit also allows you to post jobs directly to popular job posting sites such as Indeed plus it also allows you to import applicants to those jobs back into your database. The analytics are also useful in establishing how effective you and your adverts are performing. Cons Some of the email customisation I struggled with mainly because I was not familiar with coding. " December 30, 2015 1.0 Pros The two best things about this product are that its cheap, and that its on the web, so accessible from any PC or Mac connected to the internet Cons Should you have any issues with the product, the SLA allows for an email response every 24 hours. Typically this means stepping through a support script one line at a time every 24 hours. After 10 days of this query/response they suggested calling their support line, which goes to voicemail most of the time, given the response timing - it would appear that they support the European time zone. The standard design template is very inefficient, forcing users to scroll extensively to find the most often used fields, the site is not mobile optimized, they do have an iOS app but 3 weeks after release we still have been unable to search for clients or add interviews for existing candidates. The interface for both the website and the ios app are maze-like and reminiscent of the motorola 50-menu-deep phone interfaces that led to it's marketshare loss to Nokia. Its counterintuitive, full of similar sounding fields that give the user no sense of what the fields are supposed to represent. It is predominantly a flat-file database so does not pre-screen for company name entries so you can't see if clients or candidates work for the same company if another user has misspelt or given a slightly different company name eg Zoho vs Zoho Ltd vs Zoh etc The ios app only allows you to add an interview to a candidate (in theory because we have been unable to do this yet), it is not possible to add an interview from the job search or the client for that candidate interview. Overall I get the impression that this software is a form for filling in excel spreadsheets, designed by engineers that don't use it. Review Source AB Abi B. " January 28, 2020 5.0 Our company has an office in Nigeria, the US and is in the process of expanding. Zoho is a great way to post all of our openings across the globe and closely monitor the application process. It is nice to have the option to give several recruiters access to the job openings within their department. Pros I liked that it was really easy to set up and integrate with our company website. I looked at a number of recruitment platform options before settling with Zoho and I am glad I did. Following the demo, I noticed several features that other platforms didn't have, including some I hadn't even thought of! I also liked the option to add several recruiters. It was easy to give different team members access to the platform to sift through CVs and narrow down the candidates. Once I look through the job openings that have been posted, I know at a quick glance how many candidates I've got in the running for interviews. Cons My greatest challenge is being able to get all of our job postings to align and look the same after I create/save the post. Even after applying the same font, text, spacings, etc., I have to tweak quite a bit for it to appear in the format I want.
