It does what it needs to do, at a very basic yet functional level so I have to give them credit for that. As the recruitment world is ever-changing, they really need to go back and revamp this. Cons The user interface, the lack of being able to move things around to the way I want them made it difficult to use the software and recruit. Pros Zoho Recruit is a great applicant tracking system and helping many HR professionals in daily life to find the best candidate for the job. It's a very simple tool and easy to set up, You just need to fill up few credentials and you are ready to go. You can view the list of all applicants who have applied in company's job portal. We do a lot of recruiting for 100% commission agents and at times it can be hard to find and manage what agent is in what part of the process when we hire them. Zoho Recruit is by far one of the most affordable and easy online / mobile software applications for recruiting as a agency owner. I highly recommend Zoho Recruiter Pros I'm solving the problem of wondering who all I have in my pipeline of applicants. Also, those candidates who schedule interviews, confirm that are coming and then NO SHOW can now be transferred to the naughty list of applicants I'm not willing to hire. Problems solved on repeat applicants that are undesirable. Cons I haven't been in it for a long time but I know the customization portion can be a little overwhelming at times. Review Source Felix N. Easy to set interview schedules with selected candidate and them being notified seamlessly and with relative ease. Even more amazing is the ease at which a user can keep track of applicant files. The minimalist user interface is great too. Cons For an application of this nature, customer service is supposed to be fast, relevant and effective. This is not the case with Zoho Recruit. First of all you don't need to send an email to get started. You can just register yourself and start your free trail. Once you start your trail they assign you an agent that is there for you at all times to help you with any questions. They also give you a personalized demo. Helps in application tracking when dealing with lots of interviews. The feedback page is really interactive and configurable. Cons UI is a bit clumsy at times. Modal data is not saved, in case I fill the interview feedback and accidentally close the modal, we lose all the information. We liked the product there and were extremely happy with the price. As I moved to a different organization I again found a need for a good recruitment product that would connect with different programs for billing, marketing, sales and job postings. I am again testing Zoho for use at the new company. Pros Zoho seems to be simply laid out and allows for customization of fields as well. It also appears to parse well and I am hopeful that it will help create better work flow once we have it implemented. Cons given what is offered, even at the lower rate per user per month - it's priced at the top of where it should be (given my latest experience). Truly let's you build the tool around your recruiting process, not the other way around like most other ATS systems (I've used almost all of them). Cons Can be a little tricky to learn, and can have the occasional glitch from constant updates, but they have 24/5 live chat and phone support and they will work with you to configure what you need if you ask ask them for help.
