Here are our first experiences: Very good support in Germany as well as international support outside of local office hours. Zoho also organizes events in Germany where you can exchange professional experiences or you can ask questions directly to Zoho sales people. Since the data is stored online, the user can flexibly access and edit his data from any PC. This allows you to work out flexibly from the home office. You can upgrade ZOHO, which means you can add building blocks CRM etc. Many functions in ZOHO recruit are very helpful for us or shorten our processing time. Time is Money! ZOHO als plays with open cards and has a clear open price structure. Monthly or annual payments are possible. When it comes to competition, it is often not clear what the products/service cost. So far we are very satisfied! SZ Cons What I dislike, ZOHO recruit could be more colored so that it looks more user friendly and modern. on the contrary, we cannot say negative things so far, because we have not yet worked with all the functions. As I mention for every Zoho product, the price point makes it extremely plausible for an small organization or start-up. Pros Zoho recruit is good if your sub-domain is already connected with Zoho. The initial setup might need someone with experience or a basic tech ground. But, once it's set up, works fine for an organization Cons The initial set-up of the recruitment page doesn't have much customization and looks pretty basic to me. I was able to get an extension on the trial so I had a free month free but the price is perfect for small business owners. This is super easy to use. Owner Staffing and Recruiting Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Used to be a good product" March 24, 2016 3.0 Pros They used to be a really good solution for the amount you pay but the recent platform change has been problematic at best by taking away features that used to make it a really good value and easy to work with. Its still a great price. Cons They did an "update" to their platform that completely blindsided us as a company. We were used to the old platform and many of the good features within the system they took away. We can no longer send out text messages to the group of candidates even though it still shows as an option the button hasn't worked since the migration around Feb 1. You can't edit templates when you send them to a group of people. The templates you have to work with are sealed and not able to be edited as they were before. This is a pain. The customer service is many times lacking not because of a desire to help but because they are unprepared and many times tough to understand since they are in India. I can rate them, tag them for various skills sets, move them to other positions. There are a LOT of features that I'm still learning. The tech team is extremely supportive and responsive whenever I have questions. I like being able to blast open positions to all the free job boards right away. Love the URL option to post on LinkedIn or my own website. Cons The layout is a little busy and not as easy to use and follow as I would like. Pros This tool is very easy to use.The widgets can be re-arranged by using drag and drop functionality.This tool provides an option to create new reports instead of using already inbuilt reports.We can see the status of the job opening which is posted by account managers.The best thing i found is email notifications will be sent to interviewer and candidates when we enter required details and save it in interview information widget. Pros While the workflows are helpful, I found the greatest value in the resume parser with the ability to generate custom, branded resumes quickly with pre-defined templates. Cons Have found that refreshes are needed from time to time with Safari, but not with Edge or Chrome. I believe this may be some settings within my Mac. Cons It becaomes a challenge with the employment cycle since when it comes to inergrating with the HR system, option for payrol is not avaiblble for non-us and non-indian compaies hence need for third party payrol . Fully customizable application forms save a lot of time when required to gather specific data on applicants. Static site easy to set up on kiosk systems. Cons There were 2 main issues I had when using Zoho Recruit. The first was the field limit on the application forms. I can understand how 30 could sound like a reasonable amount. But with the dependance on customizing applications to the needs of the business(es) and with that 30 field limit, it can produce issues fairly quickly. The support side, isn't the best. I've dealt with worse for sure, but it takes them forever to respond to ticket requests, if you ever get a response. The field limit was the one thing that made me cancel the service.
