### "Zoho as a package"

February 20, 2026

5.0

The result was improved efficiency, centralized data management, and stronger operational control. My focus is always on building systems that are practical, compliant, and aligned with business growth.

Pros

Since 2022, I have been using Zoho to manage and strengthen operations within my organization, and I successfully led a full Zoho implementation for a client in Barbados. I handled everything from needs assessment and system configuration to workflow design, testing, and team training. I implemented modules such as , Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Cliq to streamline recruitment, employee management, communication, and reporting.

Cons

Although there was a time zone difference between us, they made every effort to accommodate scheduling and ensure meetings were productive. They remained flexible and committed to moving the project forward despite the logistical challenges. At times, the support process required multiple follow-ups and detailed clarification, which made certain phases feel a bit tedious. However, once issues were fully understood, they worked through them and ensured resolutions were implemented.

### "10 years of Zoho Recruit"

March 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, has been a dependable and cost-effective ATS for our business over the last decade. It covers all the core functions needed to run a recruitment agency and has the flexibility to grow alongside you. While there are areas that could be more modern or streamlined, the system delivers where it matters most — managing candidates, jobs, and workflows efficiently. For agencies looking for a stable, adaptable, and good-value recruitment platform, Zoho Recruit remains a strong choice.

Pros

Reliable and proven – We’ve used for nearly 10 years, and it has consistently supported our day-to-day recruitment operations without major issues. Strong CV parsing & database management – Makes it easy to build and maintain a large candidate pool, which is essential for a specialist agency. Good search functionality – Quickly find suitable candidates from a large database, saving time on resourcing. Customisable – Flexible enough to adapt to different workflows as the business has evolved over time. Integration with Zoho ecosystem – Email and other integrations help keep everything in one place and improve efficiency. Cost-effective – Offers strong functionality compared to many more expensive ATS platforms.

Cons

User interface can feel dated in places – Some areas are not as modern or intuitive as newer platforms. Learning curve for full functionality – To get the most out of it, you need to spend time setting it up properly. Automation could be more advanced – While functional, some automation features aren’t as slick as higher-end systems. Occasional limitations in reporting – Advanced reporting sometimes requires workarounds or additional setup.

### "Zoho newbie experience"

April 17, 2026

5.0

Good. The support has been great, reasonably priced and easy to use. The systen provides the required services to drive recruitment and integrates with other systems too.

Pros

I was looking for a reasonably priced recruitment solution that can collaborate with other system platforms and I came across Zoho. I have been on the free plan for sometime and like the support provided and that different solutions integrate with each other. I also find the recruitment solution easy to work with, therefore I'm ready to upgrade in order to enjoy additional systtem benefits.

Cons

It can be difficult to know which Zoho partner to work with, or whether to choose working with a partner at all, or directly with Zoho.

### "Zoho Recruit"

February 14, 2026

5.0

We’ve been using for several months now, and overall it’s been a solid tool for streamlining our hiring process. The candidate tracking and job posting features are intuitive and save us a ton of time, especially when juggling multiple roles at once. I love how customizable the workflows are — they let us tailor the system to how we actually work rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all setup. There’s a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced automations, but once you get the hang of it, it feels super powerful. For the price and range of features, Zoho Recruit is a great choice for small to midsize teams that want recruiting software that adapts to their needs.

Pros

What I liked most about was how customizable and flexible the platform is — being able to tailor workflows, candidate stages, and job templates to fit our exact hiring process made everything feel more organized and efficient. I also appreciated how seamlessly it integrates with email and other Zoho apps, which helped keep our whole team aligned and communicating without switching between tools.

Cons

What I liked least was that some of the more advanced features feel a bit clunky and unintuitive at first, especially compared to competitors with smoother onboarding. The reporting and analytics could be more flexible too, and occasionally the interface feels slower or overly complex when you’re trying to make quick updates. With a little refinement in usability, it could feel even more powerful and user-friendly.

### "Strong Value ATS"

March 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, using has been a positive experience. It provides a reliable, cost-effective way to manage the full hiring process, with enough flexibility to adapt to different workflows and team needs. While there are some limitations, particularly around career page customization; the core functionality is strong and dependable. Once you get familiar with the system, it becomes an efficient tool that significantly streamlines recruiting without the high cost of more complex platforms.

Pros

is a strong applicant tracking system that offers excellent value for its cost. It includes a wide range of features; like workflow automation, candidate tracking, and integrations at a price point that’s very competitive compared to other ATS platforms. The system is flexible and customizable, allowing teams to tailor their hiring process and scale as needed. It’s a solid all-in-one solution for managing recruitment from start to finish.

Cons

Career page customization is somewhat limited, especially if you’re trying to fully match your company’s branding. The platform can also take some time to learn due to the number of features available.

has transformed how we manage candidates, from first contact to placement. Our database is now structured, searchable, and up to date, and we’ve drastically reduced manual admin. The flexibility in workflows and automation means we can scale without adding more headcount to admin roles. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance. Overall, it’s helped us become faster, more consistent, and more professional in our recruitment process.

Pros

The ability to customise workflows, fields, and templates to match our recruitment process has been a game changer. The integration with job boards is seamless, and the candidate search is quick and accurate. The automation tools and email templates save hours each week, and the mobile app makes it easy to manage candidates on the go.

### "The " Incredible " Zoho Recruit"

September 22, 2025

has significantly improved the way we manage recruitment at Linked Recruitment. Compared to our previous CRM, it offers double the features at a much lower cost, making it an exceptional value for money. The platform is fast, reliable, and user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes navigating through tasks effortless. The recruitment process is streamlined from start to finish — from sourcing and prospecting candidates to managing interviews, placements, and even ongoing support. The candidate interview scheduling tools are particularly helpful, allowing us to coordinate efficiently and maintain a professional experience for both clients and candidates. Security is clearly a priority for Zoho, with robust data protection measures that give us confidence in handling sensitive candidate and client information. Performance and speed are consistently impressive, even when managing large volumes of data. Payroll management is another standout feature, helping us keep track of payments and contracts with ease. It integrates well with other Zoho tools, which adds to the overall efficiency of our operations. Customer support is second to none — account managers are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Their support has been instrumental in tailoring Zoho Recruit to our specific needs. Overall, Zoho Recruit delivers outstanding value across the board. It’s a powerful, secure, and cost-effective solution that has transformed our recruitment workflow. I’d highly recommend it to any recruitment business looking for a scalable and dependable CRM."

Pros

What I liked most about is how seamlessly it brings together all the essential elements of recruitment into one powerful platform. ### "A powerful and flexible solution for recruitment agencies"

July 13, 2025

4.0

Overall, the experience has been very positive. is a powerful solution for agencies that want to structure, automate, and scale their recruitment operations. While there is a learning curve at the beginning, the platform is well-supported by documentation and customer service. For agencies focused on national or international placements, it provides a fast, organized, and professional system. The cost-benefit ratio of the Standard Agency edition is excellent.

Pros

The modular and highly customizable structure allows recruitment workflows to be tailored to different client profiles and job types. Candidate management is intuitive, the CV parsing works very well, and the ability to build custom pipelines is a major advantage. Integration with job boards and the agency’s career site streamlines sourcing. Workflow automation features save substantial operational time.

Cons

The Agency edition could benefit from more advanced reporting tools in the Standard plan. Some integrations require higher-tier plans or other Zoho products, which can increase overall cost if you aim for a fully integrated environment. Dashboard customization is somewhat limited and lacks flexibility for visual management.

### "Bottom line: It’s a dependable tool that supports real recruiting"

March 28, 2026

4.0

Once it’s set up, it does a great job of keeping candidates, roles, and client activity organized in one place. The customization is a big win because it allows us to tailor the system to how we actually work instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all process.

Pros

We’ve been using as part of our recruiting workflow, and it’s been a solid, practical tool for managing both candidates and client activity without overcomplicating things. What I like most is the flexibility. Whether you’re running contingent searches, working on project-based roles, or juggling multiple clients, Zoho Recruit lets you set things up in a way that actually matches how you work. You can customize pipelines, fields, and workflows without needing to fight the system.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, especially if you’re customizing workflows and fields. It’s flexible, which is great, but that also means it takes some time to set it up the right way.

### "Buena opción calidad-precio para gestionar reclutamiento"

May 5, 2026

4.0

### "Experience with Zoho Recruit has been positive"

April 20, 2026

4.0

One of the main drawbacks is the occasional lag in performance, especially when dealing with large volumes of candidate data. The user interface can feel slightly outdated and inconsistent across different modules. Some workflows, like authentication or integration setups, require manual steps that could be more automated. Additionally, certain features require deeper configuration, which may not be very intuitive for first-time users.

Pros

is a solid and reliable recruitment platform, especially for small to mid-sized teams. It offers a good balance between functionality and affordability. The system covers most stages of the hiring lifecycle, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and collaboration. While there are some areas that can be improved (especially performance and UI consistency), overall it delivers good value for money. Customer support is generally responsive, though resolution times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue. The platform is fairly easy to use once you get familiar with it, but the initial learning curve can be slightly steep for new users. The candidate interview and hiring workflows are well-structured, and the user access portal provides decent role-based controls. Performance is acceptable but can occasionally feel slow when handling large datasets.

Cons

provides excellent value for money compared to many other ATS platforms. It offers a wide range of features including automation, integrations, and customizable workflows at a competitive price point. The flexibility in configuring modules, pipelines, and fields is a major advantage. Integration with other Zoho products is seamless, making it a strong choice for teams already in the Zoho ecosystem. The interview scheduling and candidate tracking features are particularly useful and help streamline the hiring process.

### "Best All-in-One Recruiting management tool on the market"

December 19, 2025

5.0

Loads of automated functions, integrated AI, connected moduls for managing the job openings, projekts, clients and customers make this tool super useful. Not to mention the price, which allows also small and young companies without large budgets to use it.

Pros

The functionality is uncoparable with similar products on the market. You get everything in one App. And nor only for managing the recruiting process, but also for managing the customers.

Cons

### "A Surprisingly Powerful ATS/CRM for a Lean Agency Desk"

February 11, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience with has been very positive; it has become the operational hub of my recruiting business. It handles job requisitions, candidate pipelines, client CRM, and reporting in a way that supports both day‑to‑day execution and longer‑term relationship building. Once I invested the time to configure pipelines and automation rules around my niche, the system noticeably reduced manual follow‑up and context switching between tools. For a solo or small agency recruiter who wants enterprise‑style capability at a reasonable cost, Zoho Recruit feels like a strong, scalable choice.

Pros

What I like most about is that it gives me a true end‑to‑end ATS and recruitment CRM in one place, without the price tag or complexity of a typical “enterprise” system. I can model my actual recruiting workflows with custom pipelines, fields, and automation rules, so the software reflects how my desk runs instead of forcing me into a rigid template. The ability to track both candidates and clients, run outreach campaigns, and see performance analytics inside the same platform has made my process faster and more predictable.

Cons

The biggest downside is the initial setup and configuration curve if you want to fully leverage automations and customization. There are a lot of options and settings, and it took time to streamline views, fields, and workflows so the interface didn’t feel cluttered when handling high‑volume pipelines. Some of the AI and parsing capabilities are good but not flawless, so complex CVs still need a quick manual review.

### "A Great Value for Growing Teams"

November 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with has been excellent. It transformed our chaotic hiring process into a streamlined workflow. Before using it, we were juggling spreadsheets and email threads, but now everything is organized in one place. The ability to customize the recruitment pipeline to match our specific hiring stages was a game-changer. It is arguably the best value-for-money ATS on the market for small to medium businesses, offering enterprise-level features without the enterprise price tag. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to professionalize their recruitment process without breaking the bank.

Pros

I was most impressed by how intuitive and easy it is to set up. You don't need to be a tech expert to get started. The resume parsing feature is a huge time-saver, automatically extracting candidate details so I don’t have to do manual data entry. I also love the "one-click" job posting feature that pushes openings to multiple free job boards instantly. It really centralizes the entire hiring process—from sourcing to scheduling interviews—in one dashboard.

Cons

The mobile app is functional but feels a bit limited compared to the desktop version; I’d love to see more features available on the go. Also, while the interface is clean, navigating the advanced customization settings can have a slight learning curve at first. Lastly, I wish the free edition allowed for a few more active job postings simultaneously, as it’s such a helpful tool.

### "Solid and Flexible Tool for Recruitment Agencies"

June 24, 2025

4.0

It's a powerful recruitment platform with great potential, especially for agencies, but there's still room to polish the user experience and learning resources.

Pros

I've been testing on and off for several weeks now, using it primarily for agency recruiting purposes. Overall, my experience has been largely positive, especially when it comes to the platform's flexibility and feature set. What stands out the most is the high level of customizability. Zoho Recruit allows you to tailor many aspects of the system to fit your workflow, which is essential for agencies that manage different clients and job types. Implementation is surprisingly smooth, and the user interface is intuitive enough to get started without a steep learning curve. Another strong point is how frequently the platform is updated. You can tell the development team is actively working on improvements, which builds trust in the long-term value of the tool. Also worth noting is the helpful live chat support – they’ve been responsive and efficient whenever I had questions.

Cons

There are a few areas where could improve. The documentation could be clearer and more consistent – I often found conflicting instructions between the help articles and other sources. Additionally, while the platform is rich in features, this can be overwhelming at times, especially for newer users. More video tutorials or onboarding guidance would definitely help.

Pros

has been a really solid tool for managing the hiring process end-to-end. From posting jobs to tracking candidates and moving them through different stages, everything feels organized and easy to follow. The interface is clean, and the layout makes it simple to find what you need without digging through menus. One thing I really appreciate is how customizable the platform is. Being able to adjust workflows, set up custom fields, and tailor the experience to fit our hiring style has been a huge plus. It doesn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all solution — it actually adapts to the way you work. I’ve been using the free plan to get a feel for the platform, and even with limited features, it’s been really helpful. ### "Great Platform for ZOHO One Users"

December 1, 2025

4.0

Overall, delivers a robust, feature-rich ATS that can significantly improve hiring efficiency once it is configured to match an organization’s workflows. Although setup and training require time and some patience, the depth of automation, customization, and integrations tends to pay off for teams that fully adopt the platform.

Pros

brings job posting, candidate tracking, and communication into one system, with strong automation and customization options that help streamline repetitive recruiting tasks. Features like multi-channel job posting, resume parsing, AI-powered matching, and integrations with other Zoho apps make it a powerful hub for both in-house HR teams and staffing agencies. The tiered pricing, including a forever-free plan, offers good flexibility and value compared with many other ATS tools, especially as hiring needs grow.

Cons

The interface can feel complex and less intuitive, leading to a noticeable learning curve, particularly for teams that are not already familiar with the Zoho ecosystem. Some advanced capabilities, like richer analytics, video interviews, and premium support, either sit in higher-priced tiers or add-ons, and customer support responsiveness can be slower on lower plans.

### "Misleading Marketing on LinkedIn and Indeed Pre-Screening Integration"

April 23, 2026

3.0

We want this to work. We are already using Zoho across most of our business and consolidating our ATS here made sense. But this one limitation is a dealbreaker for our hiring process, and it should have been clearly disclosed in the documentation from the start.

Pros

The platform is genuinely well built. The assessments module, pipeline features, and workflow customization are solid. The integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem is a real advantage for companies already using Zoho products.

Cons

Pre-screening assessments are not enforced for candidates applying through LinkedIn Easy Apply or Indeed Quick Apply. Candidates submit first, get redirected to the assessment after, and can skip it entirely. There is no hard block. Zoho's own marketing page states pre-screening is "handled without redirections" implying it's enforced before submission. It is not. We confirmed this in writing with Zoho support. This is a partial integration being marketed as a complete one.

We haven't fully switched yet. We are hoping Zoho will fix the integrations with LinkedIn and Indeed first, as noted earlier.

### "Woohoo Zoho"

5.0

Absolutely wonderful.... helps me keep job openings and candidates in one place, so I don’t have to manage things on paper or in separate files.I work as a Clinic Manager, Dietician & Nutritionist and I also handle basic hiring for our clinic when we need new staff. Creating a job opening is simple, and I can clearly see which stage each candidate is in.

Pros

seems well organized and makes it easier to manage candidate information in one place. Even during the trial period, it looks like a useful tool to keep resumes structured and searchable. I also like that the interface is quite clear and that it offers many features to manage the recruitment process

Cons

Since I am still testing the platform, some parts take a bit of time to fully understand. There are many features available, so the first setup can feel a little complex at the beginning. I believe it becomes easier once you start using it regularly
