I particularly have appreciated the fact that many of the fields are customizable, so if the default options are not sufficient, you are able to create your own (as in adding additional candidate statuses). Pros It is intuitive to use - I did not need to under go a training session to get started. Cons I would like there to be a way to update a candidate's status from the page that shows all open candidates, versus having to go into the individual candidate's profile to change it. We are a SME and found Zoho extremely user-friendly and its cost in line with our budgetary constraints. Highly recommended for unstructured recruitment processes and for streamlining daunting paperwork. Pros It has pocket-friendly options for users even at premium levels. Highly customizable. Cons The only issue I have had is the one time I needed to contact them, I did have a hefty wait to actually talk to someone. They've just added a feature, though, that I've been waiting, the ability to view CV's in search lists. It seems to work well, so I am going to the paid version. I recommend Zoho Recruit. Pros I find it works well and does the job that I need, for a small recruitment agency. I've never had a problem getting help from their support, even on the free version. Having access to Recruit's network of job boards means that our job posts get more exposure in the cities where we post, so we have a lot of candidates to choose from. Recruit helps with filtering those candidates down to the best mach and stay organized throughout every step of the hiring process from hiring, to interviewing, to taking notes. Cons We often hire for remote workers, so it doesn't matter where they live as long as they're qualified. Pros I like the way everything is organised and its a proper system that everyone can access whether it be through Zoho themselves or even if you embed it in your website. Cons The only dislike I have is the fact when you add your email to the Zoho email it doesn't synchronise all of your existing folder so you either use just Zoho as your main email or keep updating two separate apps.
