Clear and easy to understand pricing and a brilliantly complete eco-system of applications make it a great choice and allows to simplify and consolidate the toolset used. Cons Integration between Zoho Recruit and Workerly (used for timesheets and invoicing) is not fully ready yet. Career page does not fully meet our needs, but this may be specific to us. The pricing means that you are willing to put up with the missing parts. Pros I liked the ease of use since I had already used ZOHO crm in the past. It is very easy to administrate. Cons The support is not great, The lack of leads is a pain as you cannot use this to prospect clients, you can get around it with using custom fields in Clients but its annoying. It has all the much sought after features and is best suited for small, mid sized and large recruitment database management requirements. Cons The look and feel. Cons just some of the terminology used for me is difficult not being technical. There are some fields that I would like to move off the main profile pages but it's not a huge deal. Pros Zoho recruit is a software which help companies to recruit the best candidate for the relevant job. Easy to add candidates, arrange CV submission and then view all the applicants who applied for the jobs. Companies can select the suitable candidate from there easily making the hiring process quick. This software can access from anywhere and it saves time. Cons Customer support is sometimes very annoying because they do not response for days. Need to improve the User Interface to match new designs. Must need to go with the technology such as Social Network integration (eg : Linkedin) to uplift the quality. Review Source Myles A. Phone app. Cons What I'm not liking is specifically the email automated process and the email template integration. I have not been able to preview the information using an actual record which has led to some issues already. Further, I am not even sure the system is even sending emails unless someone responds to one. No IPad Pro App. I have used the phone app, and used Recruit through the 12" iPad Pro and it doesn't interface well through a browser and the phone app is exactly that, a magnified version of the iPhone app. Review Source Ben S. Easy to customise and set up. Great value for money. Cons There is nothing that I dont like about this software. Although other, more expensive CRMs might have more features, Zoho Recruit has everything that a small or medium sized recruitment agency would need and for a fantastic price. It has a lot of options that are just not what we need. Plus, it is very expensive. I was also able to import a large number of entries during the 15 day trial with speed and ease Cons A lot of my candidates are also clients and there seems to be no link or way to tag a candidate and a client under the same profile. Pros I enjoy being able to import job openings and candidates with ease. I like that you can create custom forms and attributes that are better suited for your organizations needs. It's incredibly easy to learn and build out a functioning ATS system. Cons The only thing that would have made Zoho Recruit better was the ability to import unstructured data without required data fields. Coming from a small company who previously used Excel sheets as an ATS, we did not have all the data field that Zoho Recruit required, so we had to do some upfront data management to make the ingest more compatible. Pros Although it looks a little different from all other recruiting software (at least ones I'm used too) the home page is very easy to use as is the search function. By far one of the must robust recruiting platform I have come across. Simple interface with maximum capabilities. Cons Price could be slightly lower but I do think it is worth the cost in general. I have used it on chrome and Safari seems to do so consistently. It seems to do a few things by default (such as shoot emails) ... you might need customer / developer support to customize some aspects. They thought about everything upfront. It has al the functions you may think of in a recruiting software. The dashboards are easy to follow and the tool is very customizable so you can change to suit your needs. It is feature rich, and I would like to start testing their job site plugins and advertising feature set next. So far it is by far the best tool for the price that I have tested.
