We spent quite a bit of time looking at CRM systems for our new startup recruitment agency and were shocked at the cost of most of the big names. Came across Zoho recruit, a bit concerned that it was so cheap it wouldn't offer the same features. However we have not really found anything that it is missing at this point, and indeed think it has some better elements than some of the more expensive systems we have used for other companies. Cons Not blown away with it being browser based, might have preferred it as a proper stand alone program. That being said, it is cloud based and great access from anywhere. Pros I think it's the only recruitment platform that we have used that had a lot of features but at the same time they are easy to use. The most impressive feature is the timeline, with the timeline is really easy to see all the process that the candidate took during his journey, and also the date of the next process/interview. Also you keep everyhing inside the platform and don't need to worry about data privacy and protection. Everyone can access the platform and easily see CVs, and other information about the candidate. I think it was predominantly built with In-House recruiters in mind and I get the feeling they didn't go all-in on building an agency platform. Pros There is quite a lot of advanced functionality and customisation. The look and feel of the UI is better than a lot of others. They don't make it easy to call customer service but when you do they were quite helpful. Cons No Gmail/G-Suite Integration. I think it would only work properly if you moved to Zoho Mail... No LinkedIn Integration. Whilst there is a lot of customisation, some pointless elements are hard baked in which menas it's unlikerly you could get it working just how you want it to. Now being freelance, I needed to find an ATS that would be used for a multi-million dollar staffing agency for myself without breaking the bank. Zoho did just that! I looked for, and tried, several ATS programs. None of them even came close to the capabilities of Zoho Recruit and cost 300% more. I wouldn't dream of using anything but Zoho. Pros It's easy to use and tracks every little detail of the hiring process. Even better, you can customize the input fields to match your specific need/wants. While you enter details, sometimes its difficult to edit. They do not provide 24\*7 support. It is not best for big companies with more than 5000 employees.
