The interface is good and easy to navigate, and the system has plenty of integrations that are useful. Cons I've used quite a few different ATS options, and Zoho Recruit stacks up pretty well in most areas. Other than that, there is no other reason to recommend this product. Cons The free job sites that they post ads to are sites no one has heard of. The reporting is inaccurate and though several attempts were made over the course of months, customer service has yet to resolve. Reason for choosing Zoho Recruit Because it doesn't need any implementation and training period and it doesn't have any cost related to this. Pros It’s a very basic system. Cons There is no implementation specialist to assist in getting the system started or learning the features of the system. Most ATS supporters provide some sort of training on how to use the system. Zoho does not provide that. All support is off-shores and extremely difficult to get a response from in a timely manner. Cons Some functions were limited as, for example, in the CV application, you can not upload videos or another example is not being able to change some fields of the modules, in other countries we do not call them that way or we are not used to completing those fields . It is extremely flexible and simple to use. It allows us to import data and export too. It is fast and we can share data with our colleagues. We hope to move the hiugher plan once our team size increases. Cons User sharing and access features should be also available for some teams in free version.
