Quick and easy to add new candidates, clients, job, notes etc. Cons Enterprise version doesn't appear to let you include salary range on a job listing and some of the ideal search criteria for searching candidates is limited. I appreciate that the customer support is available but to be honest they don't give proper time, they just want to finish quickly whatever your question is. most of the time your question is unanswered and you feel frustrated. Pros Resume Parsing and Formatted Resume Feature. you can parse resumes through your Outlook. however, overall software is good but training should be enhanced for using the actual software. Cons to be honest, its not user friendly things can be much easier such as in The Feature Client, you have to add the Contact Details going into Contacts Module. it is such a lengthy process and takes time. it could be much easier and simpler. But we were expecting it to be more user-friendly. It took me almost a month to familiarize with where-to-go's of the system. Pros It's very customizable. It allows you to customize the forms and modules. Cons Interface. There's a lot of going in the system that it isnt really user-friendly. I wont recommend this to anyone who just started their recruiting business, or hasnt had experience using other ATS. Customer support via email replies to your query within 48-72 hours. It freezes a lot when you toggle the applicant view dashboard. I am also able to see recruiter productivity. Pros It has made it so much easier to track candidates, keep a flow of what's going on with each one as well as team up with the Sales team to ensure that the jobs are getting coverage. It's not perfect but it gets the job done affordably. Cons I don't like that I can't see Active candidates on the job screen, just the candidates that have been associated.
