September 30, 2016 4.0 I've used ZohoRecruit for over 2 years and brought it to my employer over a year ago. Functionality is excellent and I couldn't ask for more in terms the value. Pros Value and functionality. Cons Customer service--sometimes the technical support people don't understand your questions. You need to phrase your questions carefully and concisely. Sometimes the engineers don't understand what you're trying to do and it can be frustrating. I think they need a CSR in between the customers and their engineering team. It is worth pointing out that a HR person not familiar with digital proccess/complex systems can handle the software easily Cons It lacks the feature of adding employee referrals which makes us use a spreadsheet for it, which is not an example of efficiency. It is hands down the most easy-to-use Applicant Tracking System. I like how it can be easily customized to any organizations needs.The features like client portal and how the branding can be customized easily and also how you can brand multiple resumes in bulk. Cons None that I can think of. It has been working fairly well with all features you would want in a recruitment software.
