Not to mention the price, which allows also small and young companies without large budgets to use it. Pros The functionality is uncoparable with similar products on the market. You get everything in one App. And nor only for managing the recruiting process, but also for managing the customers. Cons Loads of functions make it a little difficult to set it up by yourself. But the support is very helpful. We were oversold on on things that the system could do, for example, we were told there was a full integration with RingCentral for phone and SMS. What they don't tell you that is that you have to pay for an additional 3rd party service to make the outbound SMS work. We were assigned a project manager, and then 1 week in, that person was removed and put on a different project. Pros Zoho Recruit is a stable CRM. They have some integrations that can be helpful but beware, some of the features require additional payment. Cons Too much of a communication barrier with your onboarding support team. They oversell and underdeliver performance and features. They also want you to share your admin credentials during setup instead of having any type of "partner" or their own credentials.
