It’s flexible, feature-rich, and allows us to customize almost every part of the recruitment journey. After setting up automation, custom fields, templates, and pipelines, our workflow became significantly faster and more organized. While there’s still room for UI improvement and quicker support, it remains a reliable and cost-efficient tool for managing continuous recruitment. We are convinced Zoho will make the life of our recruiters much more easy, help them to stay in the process and increase their efficiency by being able to spend more time with the applicants rather than on paperwork. Pros We are still in the process of setting it up to suit our recruitment process. What we like is the ability to integrate a large number of other softwares into Zoho. Setting up blueprints is quite intuitive, once you get used to the philosophy of the software. The customer support has been very helpful and guiding us through the process. Cons It is quite difficult to understand the different modules Application/Job Openings/Candidate and their interdependencies, which does not make it easy to use to start with, but customer support and their help center have supported us. This is now my default go-to recruitment ATS. cannot see me changing if I am honest. It has what I and you will need. Pros The intergrations with the rest of the zoho suite of products are epic. The way that data can flow is brilliant. As a one man recruitment agency, it is really a great way to get up to speed quickly. Cons That is does feel geared towards inhouse teams over agencies. Pros I really liked how simple and clean Zoho Recruit feels. It’s not overwhelming, and I was able to start using it pretty quickly. The way it organizes candidates and the hiring stages makes my day-to-day work much easier. Cons At times, I felt that I haven’t explored all the features yet, and some parts of the system take a bit of time to fully understand. I think with more time, it would become much smoother. Once everything was set up, it saved time and made it easier to track candidates and manage interviews. Pros It helps me keep all candidates and job applications in one place. Before this we were tracking things in email and spreadsheets, which was messy. Now it’s easier to see where each candidate is in the hiring process. Also API makes things much easier. Cons The setup at the beginning took a bit of time. Some settings are not very obvious and you need to click around to figure things out. We like how it integrates with it's full suite of other biz applications to make the most of data and history without multiple entries. Cons Sometimes feels more like a corporate "application" tracking system than a proactive/passive candidate activity tracking system. The visual appearance and easy integration of the "Career Site" and "Candidate web forms" with your own website in Zoho Recruit, are among the best I found when benchmarking similar software. Cons Since lot of features are not available under the "Free Trial Version" (essential features) at the end you still have to pay to properly "test" the software, which make the "free trial" redundant. The availability of options to customize the menus seemed a lot to me (I was looking for a more simple and practical platform).
