Our staffing agency works for many big clients we source candidates for these clients. But we were unable to maintain the candidate details and statuses on excel. So Zoho has helped a lot by providing customized webforms and easy to use features. Pros Customization: The Thing we liked most about the Zoho recruit was the customization it provides. Believe it or not we have created our own fields , our own columns and using that our own dashboards. So you can have custom webforms as per your staffing needs. Cons Well there is nothing to dislike that I can figure it out as of now, But will love to have exciting updates in future releases that surprises all of us. It works for me as a recruiting assistant most times because everything is done at a click of a button. Most intriguing feature will be the level of customization I can get from using this software compared to other similar ones. Cons The software has a heavy page and so takes a lot of time to load or may not load at all when the internet connection is poor. There should be a way to save cache memory when working so one can have some freedom. Time based reminders is a much needed addition. Pros Cost, ease of use. Customizable, reports, hierarchy roles, and very easy to deploy to your organization. Pros t is difficult to juggle the multitude of platforms out there for job postings and recruiting efforts. Zoho Recruit makes my life easier by combining my platforms under one control. I had not learned the various procedures and of course I became frustrated and impatient. Finally, I contacted ZR Customer Services regarding one or two set up issues with website integration, candidate forms and Job vacancy applications and had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with Mr Mark (Zoho Recruit Customer Services). I therefore take this opportunity to inform whom so ever that Mark is a true professional and patiently 'walked' me through very clearly and understandably the various correct set up procedures, which I have learnt and I now find no problem at all to use to modify the ATS to my company requirements, etc.. Mark has also ensured our ZR- ATS system is working correctly as it should with our company web-site.. I will certainly recommend Zoho Recruit to my business colleagues and anyone else that may be looking for an efficient ATS system. I happily give Zoho Recruit 10 stars for its brilliant service. February 20, 2017 5.0 We are a recruiting company that uses Zoho Recruit daily as our ATS, and we really like it! It's flexible so we can do our own solutions so it fits us perfect. It's great to be able to send emails straight from the system. We use Recruit as our CRM system too for contacting and keeping track of potential clients. Pros A lot of great features for the low cost. Love the job-board, CV parsing, and overall ease of use! Cons We are a Swedish company and not everything is translated to Swedish, but most things are. September 22, 2016 4.0 I used the trial to test UI but never had enough time to fully test the functionality. When my account reverted to the free version I really started to delve into the functionality of Zoho Recruit. I will say the free version offers a very basic but well-rounded functionality. I am very impressed thus far! It would be unfair to judge the system without fully testing the features with a paid version but Zoho Recruit does appear to meet the Recruitment/ATS for our organization moving forward. We haven't had the best of luck reaching customer support via phone, but again we believe this will change with a paid ZR account. Pros Great Well-rounded Functionality! Cons You have to remember to get your naming of jobs right because there is limited space within the display of the dashboard and if you are recruiting for a number of jobs it can be a little confusing.
