It is pretty clear that Zoho did consult those who actually use/need recruitment software when programming it. Good value. Pros Easy to use, work-flows generally make sense. But my favorite feature , and most helpful for my business is the Career Website . And I love how I can charge for my product. I can even make it so employers can post Jobs , and I can even bill them. I have so much control over my product and services that I am offering. I am very pleased with zoho recruit. Zoho Recruit allowed me to do a mass import of my candidates, taking less than 5 minutes of my time. Job postings are perfect, and I love how it can integrate with Indeed too. I highly recommend this to everyone. The main reason was flexibility and the ability to automate and customize the solution, especially, being able to connect to third party systems we use in our recruiting process. Pros The flexibility. We were able to adapt the solution to our process and not the other way around, which was what other services required. Cons There are a few minor details. October 25, 2016 5.0 I'm an avid Zoho fan anyway but the fact they have recruitment portal as well means i can keep everything in one place without having to juggle loads of different screens, etc. Took a while to get used to but it has all the features others have and works great! Pros Is value for money and slots in nicely if you have a Zoho CRM Cons Takes a while to get used to but once your used to it, it works wonders! " August 1, 2018 5.0 The biggest benefit I received from using Zoho, was that I could easily send electronic invoices to all of my clients after a sale had been made. Pros I love using Zoho. It allows me to keep all of my clients and leads in one place, and easily let's me send nice and neat invoices after making sales. It's ease of use makes me recommend it to other sales professionals on nearly a daily basis.Thanks Zoho! Cons There isn't much I have to say on the negative side of things. Pros This software has many options for finding candidates and posting your jobs to different boards. I have been using the enterprise trial for the last 15 days and will be purchasing the professional version with the yearly discount! Cons I had a couple of issues that needed some attention and I am still working on getting it resolved and plan to have everything settled today.
