She was and still has been very easy to get a hold of, and did a great job of answering our questions quickly. I enjoyed the ease of use of the platform. So far, am still learning but getting better with time. Pros It is very easy to use and follow step by step. It automates the recruitment process making the it fast and easy compared to the manual recruitment process. The tool makes it easy to pre-screen candidates at the starting point, the customization features are a good additional feature. Other key features include the existence of the offer letters. Publishing a job is also easy. Cons For beginners using the tool is a bit complex and hard to understand, however, the customer support from the zoho team is great as they provided the much needed guidance. The interface is simple, however, it is overly simplified that I sometimes cannot find what I need or cannot understand what some functions do. Pros It helps me organise applications outside of my mailbox. The support I have received during the trial is really good. The interface is quite simple and not intimidating. Cons The free plan only hosts one job which could really just be run off the mailbox. I cannot customise the look and feel on the website. Reason for choosing Zoho Recruit I didn't look at others. I use ZOHO Mail so I just picked a tool that would integrate with it. I have found that ZOHO does not integrate easily with other apps unless you are on a paid plan. Review Source RY Ryan Y. While using the trial I have been able to determine what the strengths and weaknesses are before investing serious time and energy into the software. I plan to integrate it into Zoho CRM which we currently use. Overall the software is easy to use and works well across mobile platforms as well. Cons Can be a bit confusing to setup campaigns that are not strictly email or web based. Cons It can be a bit confusing initially to figure out how to do the customizations for beginner users. There should be an onboarding tutorial that helps with getting things configured. Pros This ATS was quick to setup. This was critical as a sole proprietor agency recruiter. Also, it's a quick and easy search for candidates which makes all the difference.
