The tool provides a nice overview of the stage applicants are in. In all Zoho software I like the help function. It always explains very clearly what the problem can be and how to solve it. But I can only recommend Zoho to everyone, it guides you well through the application process. Cons The features can be confusing. Sometimes there are almost too many features to choose from, at least for small businesses. For example the difference between the Workflwo, Blueprint and so on. Then we came across ZOHO Recruit and there was no need for it any more. ZOHO Recruit is very easy to set up. It allows you to start off very quickly. Then, using available documentation, you can easily learn how to take new features into use when the business requires it. What also matters to me a lot is that the ZOHO Recruit support is quick and friendly to respond to my inquires. Thanks a lot. So far our experience has been extremely positive. Clearly no "one size fits all" ATS exists but the flexibility and ability for us to create workflows and custom templates has meant that the software has not got in the way of our goals. Cons The filters and features are very limited with Zoho, already very good ATS like jobdiva are available in market with so many features, it needs to update the filters and features. In a fast and organized way we can access information that we previously had in several Excel files. Another strong point is that at the time of uploading profiles you can upload files in PDF or Word and automatically take the necessary data of each profile, associate it to the job opening and carrya log by area, job offer, status , among others. If you can understand your internal HR process, Zoho will make it easier for you on a day to day basis.
