Zoho is not overly bulky and you can easily add or take out functionality to create slim and basic operational procedures and workflows. Its very easy to configure yourself and its one of the only systems allowing bulk uploads of candidates at the basic price. Cons Cons: UI - its VERY basic which is not necessarily a bad thing but it looks like it was developed 10 years ago and hasn't changed. The Search functional could be improved. It is easy to create new jobs and find resumes that fit what we are looking for. It is simple and easy to train office staff on using it. Cons I have been using the ZOHO Sales CRM for a few years now and have sent a number of people to use that platform especially once their update came out a couple of years ago. I saved a lot of time organizing our recruiting process using this app. Cons The social media tab is a bit confusing. We tried out Zoho CRM for a few days and ended selecting it very quickly. I found the functionality very good and it relatively user-friendly. I had two novice CRM users productive in a short period. My experience was so good that I am now considering replacing my recruiting system with Zoho Recruit. Pros very robust capabilities Cons the user interface is a little fuzzy compared to what I am accustomed to. It's so expensive to subscribe to both from other providers. I'd say Zoho provides a great solution that is affordable and even offers a free plan that includes most of these features. 1 active job is a fair number to test it out. Cons No big ones per se, but I find some of the user experience less ideal. For example, if I go to create a video interview, it actually requires me to create an "assessment" separately, which is located in a hidden tab and not easy to find. Cons I wish if customization levels were high enough to tweak to our specific requirements. Nevertheless, most of the regular requirements are met by Zoho Recruit. From the tested solutions Zoho Recruit was the one that I was able to get good results with Portuguese and Spanish, also.
