It’s reliable, customizable, and helps keep everything organized in one place. Definitely not perfect, but solid and dependable. Pros is a really solid ATS and great value for money. It’s easy to customize workflows, fields, and automation to match how your team actually hires. Resume parsing works smoothly, job postings are quick to manage, and the system does a great job of keeping everything organized. If you’re already using other Zoho tools, the integrations are a big plus. Cons It does take some time to get used to. The interface can feel a bit busy at first, and setting up advanced features isn’t always straightforward. Once I got the hang of it, it is very powerful. I am still learning the full power, but I can see that a great deal of thought has gone into this, and if I keep going into recruiting more, it will help me all the along the way. Pros I love having a dashboard where I can see everyone, record interviews. Because I am new to this type of software, it is helping me learn about the whole process. Cons Figuring things out in some cases (finding where they are) is in some cases not completely obvious, but as I find them out, they do become to make sense. Pros Great for recruitment process as it streamlines everything and helps maintain database. Candidate interviews can be both scheduled and logged separately later. It's quite easy to use and learn using the tutorial and guides. The customer support was also good and prompt whenever we needed assistance. UI can be improved a bit but mostly okay. Also, really like Zia and would like to use it better. Cons I think the UI can be improved a bit and the dashboard UX can be a bit confusing or disorienting. March 26, 2025 5.0 Have been implementing the entire solution as a non-technical system admin. It's been straight-forward and approachable for non-technical admins. I will also be using the system daily as a recruiter and enjoy how deep the customizations go - I feel this system can be built around how I work and function. Pros The ease of implementation: easily edit automated workflow actions, configure parsing functions, template most actions, and manage roles and permissions. Having used many other ATS options, this is by far one of the most user-friendly suggestions. Plus, the pricing is flexible to whatever hiring velocity your firm needs. Support is also very attentive and responsive. Cons There are no cons I can consider. One of my least-liked aspects is the per-user pricing, and needing to pay for hiring manager accounts, for instance (the hiring managers here will only be submitting interview feedback, along with any other decision-maker; it would be nice to see these accounts with extremely minimal Zoho interaction be free). But, this is a very small gripe - the pricing is already favorable and flexible and we're happy to pay the (very) small cost for those additional account users. I’ve used it with the hiring manager to post jobs and let applicants apply through it. We then go over and filter the applicants, taking notes on each one. All in all, it’s made the hiring process much smoother. Pros This app is fantastic for keeping track of the hiring process! It’s helped me out a lot by making it easier to review and filter applicants, as well as manage the pipelines throughout the whole process. Cons I think the user experience could be improved by allowing users to view all candidates in one pane and their details in another. It would be similar to how Outlook emails are organized.
